BambooHR is user-friendly and no to low training is needed for new admins. It is very cost-efficient option for small employers to manage all HR functions in-house. The upgrade of ATS recently has made recruitment easier than ever. We love email alerts as we can communicate with all departments about the job details change without worrying about forgetting them. Last but not the least is the age-banded benefits management option availability for small groups. Cons BambooHR could work on their reporting tool and Signature setting options. Reporting tools have some limitations when it comes to performance reports not being able to run when we customize our questions. I like that I can see my payroll easily, and they have filters you can use to update it to your liking. The job posting feature is easy to use. I love being able to see when other people at my company are on vacation or not. We are a small company, and I do not know how much we pay for it, but it works for us. I know when we were big, it was a great way to see what everyone was up to, and it tracks birthdays and work anniversaries. It's super cool. Never used the customer service support, but I know our contractor does, and they said it's good. No complaints. They are definitely worth joining. Cons It's weird that it's set up by the company's domain, so if you do not know it, sometimes you have trouble logging in. For example, anywhere I do not have the link bookmarked.
