It made Onboarding easy, and the tasks didnt feel overwheling. for the most part it was self explanatory.

I felt as though it was easy to navigate and simplistic, keeping from doing this task as to not be greatly overwheling.

Overall, my experience with BambooHR has been positive. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage everyday HR tasks such as requesting time off, accessing documents, and reviewing personal information. While there were some limitations in customization and occasional delays, these did not significantly impact my overall use. The system helped streamline administrative processes and made routine tasks more convenient. I liked how intuitive and easy BambooHR was to use. The platform made it simple to access important information like PTO balances, benefits, and employee records without confusion. My experience has been good overall. Notifications come through ass needed and easy to navigate the site.

Pros

Bamboo HR is easy use and navigate. The layout makes it easy to see what i need to complete and when as well as any pertinent information related to my employment.

Cons

I see no cons from my experience using BambooHR over the last 2 years. All sections are easy to navigate and clearly laid out. Payroll section is a great component to help keep up with the necessary details.

Positive. Doesnt get in the way, I can do what I want as a employee in an ease to use, web based UI.

Pros

As an employee its fairly easily and intuitive to use. Can see my salary, review my documentation, and request time off

Cons

Not much to dislike. There may be times where I feel like there is a significant performance drop when loading the company page, but that might be the specific overlays we use

My experience has been very positive with BambooHR. I enjoy the interface and the ease of use. Other time-keeping apps I have used can be frustrating to navigate but Bamboo is much easier.

Pros

Bamboo is easier to use than other time keeping and human resources apps I have used. You make it very easy to update hours and request time off.

Cons

It can be difficult to find resources in the human resources area. Some files are under "Personal," while others are in Documents or Benefits.

Using BambooHR is generally a "breath of fresh air" for daily HR tasks because the interface is clean, intuitive, and remarkably easy for employees to navigate. It excels at humanizing the administrative side of work—things like requesting time off or checking a company directory feel seamless rather than like a chore. However, that simplicity comes with a trade-off: as soon as you need to perform complex data analysis or manage a large, international workforce, the platform can feel a bit too basic and restrictive. It’s a fantastic tool for culture-focused small to mid-sized teams, but it may struggle to keep up with the technical demands of a rapidly scaling enterprise.

Pros

It's very easy to use, when I need to review information, I just login, an the I can review my information of my job.

Cons

The biggest complaint is that it’s clearly built for small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). Once a company hits around 500+ employees or starts dealing with complex global operations, BambooHR starts to feel "lightweight." It lacks the heavy-duty power that massive enterprises need for deep organizational scaling.

Overall positive- BambooHR has helped to streamline things we used to do manually such as track PTO.

Pros

Bambo is easy to use and fairly intuitive. I like that there is a APP that can be used as well so that it is accesible from home easily. For example, if you need to request a sick day you don't have to long into your computer to do so.

Cons

Some features, like goals while customizable don't allow you to delete the preloaded goals that were loaded by BambooHR.

It gives me such easy access to communicate with my manager. Vacation tracking is very easy. Approving direct report request for time off is seamless

I would like to be to communicate in a chat like style to my direct reports. Although it is very simple to approve time off, there is no easy way to see how many hours of time each direct report has left.

Great. I love everything about bamboo, from its tools to the features. It has a lot to offer and is very informative.

Pros

Bamboo HR is a wonderful tool. It has a ton of useful tools that are very easy to find and use. Its great to keep up with your available hrs. It is a great source of communication I especially love the feature where you can submit IT request. You can also keep up with everyone that joins our MAU team.

Cons

N/A I have not ran into any issues or anything that I would change about the app. I can say that I have no issues with Bamboo.
