Pros

My company uses this as our recommendations portal. Its nice that the process is done online and your referral can be tracked from beginning to end to ensure you get your referral fee!

Cons

It looks antiquated so dashboards and data collation could be updated.

My team has been using Jobvite for over a year. We love the customer service the most. Also Jobvite seems to be constantly updating and improving- we appreciate that

Pros

Customer Service, ease of use, and the constant evolution of this product into something better

Cons

I would like the reporting functions to be more in depth and pervasive. I also would like the search function to be updated. It seems to randomly pull lots of irrelevant results- even when I put an exact name in, for example.

I am new to Jobvite within the last 2 weeks. It is a great ATS and I want to unleash more of its potential. The more I work with the system everyday the more I learn which leads me to believe that everything that has been put into this system has been done with detail and care. Makes the life cycle process and moving candidates along very easy to see and track.

Pros

\- ease of use - candidate life cycle steps are simple - overall UI(user interface) is very friendly - being able to see resumes right under a candidate profile is amazing! - Dashboard, easy way to monitor candidates and your work at the same time - easy to add candiates

Cons

\- Can't mass email multiple candidates at the same time. (unless I am missing something) - Hard to just source your specific candidates in the contact tab - Unable to make and save my own templates

It was perfect for a small company but as we continued to grow it did not fit our needs.

Pros

Jobvite was easy to use but also is a very simple product. I believe it's better suited for smaller companies that are not growing rapidly.

Cons

Jobvite was not easy to schedule in. It also did not have scorecards that you can submit based on interview feedback.

I am user and overall experience is good. I can refer my friends or ex colleagues and without asking anyone check the status of the interview process.

Pros

1\. Finding application is easy because the search option is so effective 2. Searching application based upon region vise make easy 3. Upload resume option which auto populates the require details in the profile saves lot of time 4. Like the chat bot to get answer of any urgent help 5. Once the profile is uploaded email is sent to both candidate and person who applies which justify authenticity

Cons

1\. Not sure how, but sometimes the profile gets disappear from my referral. I need to ask admins to for the follow up on profile. 2. Also if the profile is selected or rejected I am not able to see that. I have to ask HR for that.

I really can't think of anything that I didn't like about JobVite.

Has all the basic functionality and you can easily look at the workflow, candidate activity and generate an offer letter

Cons

Bulky, cumbersome and slow. Seems to not work a lot of the time and it can be really hard to search for candidates by name

Jobvite is very customization and you can do it all yourself! It is easy to use and very versatile to meet our needs.

Cons

I'd like ONE candidate record that is shared among the requisitions is someone applies. it is a pain to dig through 3-12 applications in some case to find notes.

Search bar. Not predictive search. Hard to look up candidates. Would suggest adding dropdown bar for searching.

Everything! This tool makes applicant tracking really easy and extremely manageable. Sometimes, we need to hire a few entry level positions and it makes getting quality inbound applications a breeze and really helps us to manage the entire applicant journey.

Cons

Nothing at all...the only thing would be that if LinkedIn decides to really get into the ATS game, this might be a challenge.

Pros

Jobvite makes it easy to manage all aspects of the hiring process. From opening reqs to scheduling interviews, to collecting feedback, jobvite does it all.

Cons

Overall, jobvite is a strong hiring software. The thing I like least is the number of steps it takes to post a referral link.

I like how "user friendly" this software is. Being in the field and my corporate office in another state, I trained myself on this program without ever using it and had zero issues. That says A LOT about how easy it is! Great setup!

Enjoy using this product, and we are certainly happy with it overall. It does a better job than our previous ATS, and the customer service is great whenever we run into any issues or have questions. It took some time to get trained on the system, but the rep was very thorough and ensured we were up and running very quickly.

Pros

OFCCP compliance assistance tools

Cons

Few glitches that they are working out still (certain automated emails not being sent to all candidates depending on how they apply or the ability for them to track their status), and a bit difficult to customize certain items unless you reach out to customer service

Pros

easy to use, customizations, good customer support

Cons

there are sometimes glitches in the system and also we have a large company so it can be hard to get everyone on board when certain feature only allow customizations for the whole company

I don't have a lot of other ATSs, so I don't have the best context of other systems. From my thoughts. - Easy to use - Pretty good roubust functionality

Cons

\- Some things that really feel like they should be customizable are not. - Moderate amount of bugs or slowness/unresponsiveness of the site. - iPhone app has limited functionality. - Responsiveness of technical support is hit or miss.
