Pros Compared to other ATS that I've user, Jobvite has the most advanced features. If I wanted to make many customizations, there's normally a way to do it. Cons Reporting is terrible. The labeling system is too complex and hard to figure out where to do what. UI is very old and dated. Customer Support is slow and incompetent. Pros I love that Jobvite allows me to send invitations to candidates to apply and reach out to my network in various social settings. Referral tracking is really fantastic as well. Cons We seem to have troubles with integrations and reporting customization can be improved. It makes creating our headcount reports a more laborious process. Pros It was really easy to post hiring ads by using JOBVITE. That was great to see my ads in different hiring websites like indeed, linkedin throughout JOBVITE. We were a small tech company that was expecting to grow rapidly and needed an applicant tracking system that could scale with us. Once Jobvite was implemented I was the administrator. Recruiters often came to me frustrated because of the complexity of the tool. Pros Jobvite does a great job at putting your open positions on your company website and making it look very professional. The applicant experience is simple! Applying for a job via Jobvite is quick and easy. Jobvite makes sharing jobs opening simple. Cons From an administrator perspective Jobvite was very complicated. The navigation was tricky and time consuming. Jobvite had many capabilities, but figuring them out was hard. Customer support was not very helpful. Review Source SS Steve S. " September 17, 2015 4.5 Pros The product is very robust and allows for virtually every aspect of our current recruiting process to be made much more streamlined and efficient. Also, our implementation manager is wonderfully attentive, responsive, and highly insightful, making her an absolute dream come true business partner to guide us through the transition process. Cons As to be expected, we experienced an almost complete drop-off in communication from our initial point of contact (sales rep) once we signed the contract. While we fully expected that, he could have been more hands-on and clear with next steps, making all required connections, and providing a more seamless transition to those next-level business partners assisting us in the transition. It would have also been slightly less impersonal than receiving almost instant automated emails from JobVite's Accounting system about invoices and deadlines, if the sales rep himself might have been proactive and forwarded and or made a call to explain those. The experience was pretty corporate and or big brand to go from, "what can I do to show you more / earn your business?" to essentially, "Thank you for choosing JobVite, You owe us money, go here to pay by X deadline. Do Not Reply to This Email." Again, a little more hand-holding and personal touch would have been nice from the sales rep, especially considering the size of the check we cut him. I get alerted when there is a new applicant, the history of correspondance is easy to follow so multiple users can touch the candidate. there are reports were you can see the process and quality of systems. Outdated UI and not very easy to customize. Reports are not very helpful either. Pros Pretty easy to use, customer support department is generally easy to reach. Resumes are easy to download. Cons As a non-admin I can't print all resumes at once, which is frustrating. I also am a bit concerned about accidentally sending an automated rejection note. It's great for adding candidate to multiply reqs that allows you to see what other roles the candidate may have applied for. The function of being able to see there CV on the system is also great meaning that i can share this with the rest of team. Cons Minor bug issues that need fixing but the team at jobvite are on board and ready to help. Occasionally logging in can cause some issues but nothing a quick email has fixed. Works well in most international markets and there's a big push to continue to improve. Cons Level 1 service has historically been inconsistent in response time and quality. Sometimes product prioritizes the wrong features or there is clunky functionality in various areas (e.g. managing forms); not working consistently well yet in China (no WeShare integration and not yet inside the great firewall). Lacking a solid integration with paid job boards, no way to integrate with 3rd-party assessment tools and no easy way to schedule group interviews. Mobile is very clunky outside of the main dashboard. No need for making notes if you have Jobvite as all the actions are available. Pros Its very systematic and the user interface is really comfortable to use. It has all the features that any good ATS system should have. Cons Posting on external sites can be made smoother. Once it's set up, easy to use. Can schedule out rejection dates. Cons Searching feature isn't as robust as it could be - if you misspell a candidate's name, you can't pull their application. Pros The best thing about JobVite is that all your applications across different companies are all in one place if you used the same email. Other competitors make you create an account for each company. Also all correspondence with the hiring team is kept there, you don’t have to search through emails to find it. Cons I think they have a mobile app for hiring team, it would be nice to have one for the candidates. Also if you don’t qualify for a job, I wish they had a way to recommend other jobs at the same company that align more with your skills Review Source JE Josh E. If Jobvite doesn't currently have an offering it is working on it. The newly released product roadmap has many offerings on it that was on my wish list. Very user friendly for the applicant! Pros This software was definitely one of the easier ones to use out there. I've applied for jobs through so many different softwares and this one was very simple and didn't run into any errors or issues/lagginess at all while using it.
