The best part of Jobvite is how quick the application is for the user. These days users want to apply quickly to the job by just submitting their resume and Jobvite gets that!

I applied for jobs in Zscaler through Jobvite, and it was super easy to do so , very nice user interface and easy to implement and the best part is , I got the Job in Zscaler , even without any reference.

We just started using Jobvite not too long ago but I have enjoyed the product thus far. I have noticed the following since using the product: -streamlined the hiring and application process -easy to manage applicants and responses -great way to see other internal position

It has made the hiring process for me more efficient.

There are some limitations to the program such as: multiple postings pre-questions to weed out unqualified candidates

it is nice to have a database to track recruiting activity! Not sure if it is just the instance my company uses, but it seems more difficult to use than necessary. Most of the time it easy to understand where candidates are in the hiring/interview process.
