Overall, APPSeCONNECT has been a solid solution for integrating our Sage ERP with WooCommerce. It’s streamlined a lot of our day-to-day operations by automating data syncs like orders, inventory, and customer info. While there were some challenges during the initial setup, the ongoing support has been reliable and responsive. It's saved us time and reduced manual errors, making it a worthwhile investment.

Pros

APPSeCONNECT made it much easier to sync data between our Sage ERP and WooCommerce site. The ability to automate key processes like order syncing and inventory updates helped save a lot of manual work. Their support team is also responsive and helpful when issues come up.

Cons

The initial setup had a bit of a learning curve, particularly with custom workflows and fields in our ERP. Some areas could benefit from more flexible configuration options and clearer documentation. That said, their support team has been helpful and quick to resolve any issues that come up.

We have bene working with Apsseconnect for over 6 years now. The Appseconnects team is very pleasant to work with, they take time to understand the challenge, work out a solution and present an efficient concept before delivering the results.

Pros

Appseconnect is a reliable and knowledgeable integrator with wide ranging skills. We have some very specific requirements and appseconect has never shied away from solving any of them.

Cons

We find the appseconnect admin portal somewhat cumbersome / confusing to some of our admin users. Especially when trying to rerun sync processes that failed the portal is not clear on the steps needed to be followed.

After implementation, first two years we faced a lot of issues. Not long as ago, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (Customer Support ) and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (Technical support ) they were handling our account for the past year we didn't face much issues and they are quick responsible for the urgent issues. Especially from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] he will make sure that will close the ticket end of the day and reply his findings to my stake holders so there wont be any escalations. Recently we have bought new server, APPSeCONNECT team helped us to move there services to our new server without any disruption based on the timeline. There maintenance and support is good. As team i strongly recommend there services. it was be pleasant and delightful working with them. I wish all the very best for the future and upcoming projects.

Pros

I am writing to recommend the AppseCONNECT service of SAP b1 integration with salesforce. we were been working since 2017 to until now. This software flexible to use and they have few features where we can monitor syncing process lively between the two systems. There is an every tracking report to monitor the touch points and errors.

Cons

Initially when we started this project we faced lot of issues as we are integrating two systems. As we have some customization we got more errors and was not handled properly in the first phase.

My overall experience is that it is a great product for a reasonable cost. You can get dedicated web shops with tight integrations, but APPSeCONNECT is much more than web shop integration. So, I am a fan of the product and the people behind it, the service is in top class. I have considered many options over the years, changed from several Web shops over the same period, but APPSeCONNECT is my choice of integration.

Pros

The people that work with APPSeCONNECT is very dedicated and skilled, the product is very flexible and can do almost every thing you want. APPSeCONNECT is very easy to use, because you can get help from skilled workers, and they are always working to solve any issue fast. Been working with the team for over 15 years, I think that says it all. You do not continue for that period of time if you are not happy.

Cons

I cant rely come up with anything, if I should look for something it could be easier error log when sync fails. That could happen if some data miss match, but the error log is there and it is not very hard to find. And if you are stuck, the staff help you out in a short matter of time.

Very good support team and reliable product. There is always someone willing to help us and weekly meetings to discuss any issues or requests.

Pros

Clarity of logic and reliability. With previous providers, we relied on custom hard-code that was not visible to us and had issues due to that lack of transparency, whereas APPSeCONNECT shows all the code and drag/drop logic flows directly in the portal, which can be viewed or edited at any point.

Cons

The error reporting needs to be more concise and detailed. There is a generalised daily summary, but we need a table or list of the products/orders affected to be able to make better use of these reports.

Pros

Appseconnect is professional and very responsive when I need help. They are also competitive when it comes to cost.

Cons

There are time zone challenges but that comes with the territory of working with offshore companies. For the most part, it hasn't been a problem.

We have been using APPSeCONNECT for about 2 years now and have had little to no problems with our syncs. They have been helpful with maintaining our existing syncs and developing new ones.

Pros

APPSeCONNECT makes it easy to connect two different tools. The team is very friendly and helpful. Anytime we encounter an issue, they are always able to resolve it in a timely manner.

Cons

It can sometimes take a few business days to resolve a complicated sync issue. If you are connecting multiple instances of SAP Business One you also need a higher license plan.

This integration helped us to show the real-time stock updates across all warehouse locations, directly reflecting on our online store to our customers.

While the support team was helpful, response times could have been quicker, especially during critical issues affecting live sync operations.

\[sensitive content hidden\], who handled our project, was an incredible professional. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. In his hands we went from feeling intimidated by the integration, to feeling confident in it. The software works as we need it to, most importantly. We went live a month ago and everything has performed as expected, with no major issues. We are using it to connect our Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system with our new Shopify site, syncing product data, inventory, orders, customers, transactions, etc. Though the pre-built connector APPSeCONNECT had for our ERP was pretty rudimentary, the APPSeCONNECT team was very happy and able to customize the connection to work for us. They were able to include all necessary business processes in the integration!

Cons

Initial startup of the project dragged a bit, and it was hard to understand what was needed for things to get moving. In the first few weeks communication was slow, and a bit incomplete. However once we started work in earnest, communication improved completely. The email notifications from the AeC platform aren’t very helpful, as you can’t click into them to identify the cause of any errors. All they really do is make me anxious.

Overall a great experience but improvements in self-configuration of simple field updates or logic changes would be a welcome relief so that we can eliminate some of the burden from their team to perform simple MACs.

Pros

We felt that overall, the product delivered the expectation of synchronising a lot of customised requirements for our client. This includes the Woocommerce and Dynamics 365 shipment tracking plugin and supporting Australian specific requirements there. The ability to implement a 2-site to 1-crm solution where we need to look at centralising purchases from multiple sites was a challenge, but not attainable easily from other vendors.

Cons

Mean time to market was slow. Some of these delays were self-incurred but until recently, getting action from the team was hard. Recently however, we've found a stronger support base to get tweaks over the line and overall we're much happier than we were last year with the project momentum.

Working with APPSeCONNECT has been one of the greatest learning experiences of my career. I have personally gained an entirely new skillset from this collaboration and I have learned so much from working with their extremely knowledgeable team. Our businesses operations will run much more smoothly as a result of implementing this software. Our employees will get to use their time on higher-level projects instead of spending many hours manually writing orders and adding customers and updating inventory across two platforms. APPSeCONNECT has an incredible team who have been there to help with issues around the clock all throughout this journey. APPSe developers truly did an excellent job of building trust and developing professional relationships with us that allowed us to have confidence that this extremely complicated project would be well worth it in the end. It's been quite the journey but it has proved itself to be incredibly beneficial for everyone involved.

Pros

This software reduces the amount of grunt work that employees have to do by an extraordinary amount. With the auto import/export connection with our Business Management System and Website, we are able to save hours of time and money on employees manually writing orders up, updating inventory, and putting customers in from online orders. This software is exactly the solution that our businesses were seeking. It's easy to use \[once you get the hang of it\] and it requires little upkeep.

Cons

It is extremely complicated software so implementing it has been a challenge for all involved. It takes a while to get everything operational and because of it's complexity, there is some difficulty in making sure everything is properly transmitting across platforms. Thankfully the team at APPSe is great at problem solving and keeping communication open so that problems get rectified quickly.

We have used this product to sync sales orders, customers, shipping info, and inventory between multiple sites and SAP. This has saved us untold hours of data entry and allowed us to focus on marketing, product design, and strengthening customer relationships.

Pros

We have been using the product for several years, and it has been extremely reliable. The team has worked with us to make the software fit our needs perfectly. The best thing I can say about it is that I don't have to think about it. After the initial setup, the syncing between multiple websites and multiple platforms and SAP B1 just works. The team is responsive, and very helpful when it comes to customization requests, training, and setup.

Cons

We have had a few instances where I would have liked the error messaging to be a bit more informative, but these instances have been few and far between.

We had to create a very complex connection between our MMS and WooCommerce. This took time and there was often confusion on both sides because requirements were formulated unclearly or tasks were marked as finished even though they were not yet finally running. So it was not an easy process, but in the end we are now very happy with the finished product.

Pros

AppseConnect handles the connection between our MMS and the website. After the test phase, the process runs completely automatically, without any need to take care of it. The team is very friendly and took care of our 1000 small and big customisations.

Cons

Personally, I am not yet a fan of the new online portal, as it is not very user-friendly compared to its predecessor. After the GoLive, however, it is only rarely necessary to use it, so that will no longer be a problem in the future.

We are a multi - unit, multi channel Tile retailer. This software allows us to publish our stock by physical location on our Magento 2 website and update prices, inventory and other attributes quickly and easily. It makes for a great customer experience and has saved us alot of money while helping to grow our business. The integration itself was a breeze - the team at Apps EConnect seem to be available 24-7 to fix any problems or issues we might have. Having had a bad experience with another provider I have nothing but good things to say about this company and product. I would highly recommend it.

Pros

This software works out of the box and the team at Apps E-Connect are on hand any time if a problem arises or if further customisation is required. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Cons
