You can easily assign courses to your employees and they can even request courses that are already available in their database. Cons To create content for a course you have to purchase easygenerator, if you dont purchase this tool you would have to create your own SCORM. Pros Easy to use Learning Management System with an excellent built in marketing system for eLearning courses. Very simple configuration and easy to manage. You get your own site and a custom email address. The system is always available and we have not had a single problem in the year we have been using it. Cons Site configuration tools could benefit from more options...it does not allow for full customizaiton.
