Pros

I like the many options that this software provides. From records management to personnel and training data. This software can do many things which makes it highly versatile in a number of situations. From looking up history by time, location, name, vehicle, phone number, this software makes it quite easy and fast. This not only helps the user in the field, but its also a benefit to the person soliciting service because information can be provided to them with a few clicks. Overall, the many features are what sets this apart from other programs. It can handle your everything, where some programs only handle a few, leading you to multiple systems.

Cons

Two points stick out as unfavorable. One being the ease of use. There is a big learning curve that can cause this to be very frustrating to a new user. Once that user grows to know it, its quick and easy. Its not that the program is complicated, its just that features are in places that are hard to find until you use it for a while. The other point is that the officer version is much much easier and different than the field version. The field version has some great features to make it easier in that application, however not all functions are available in the field that are in the office. This would not steer me away from this product, just constructive criticism.
