Why I chose Storman cloud is because Storman has the leading cloud-based self-storage management software. Out of the few things I've used, it was extremely easy to use. If I had any problems, local technical support was nearby. Cons Overall I would say there are still some features that are in the developmental stages. However, over time, improvement will be made. I recommend Storman to all of my customers and have been told many times that it is the lifeblood of their businees and something that they just couldnt do without. Pros Feature rich , mature software package covering over 25 years of development alongside the industry means that it just works for your self storage business. Cons At times support is a bit hard to get a hold of but once you do thay will generally solve your problem on first contact. Once an email is sent to support, the turn around time is very quick and they are very easy to understand. I find the program very good to use as it meets most of our needs. Pros The ease to look at the overall picture of where tenants are at with their paid to dates. To sign up a tenant is very user friendly. Cons Not able to customise reports easily with information pertaining to a certain situation. Storman has been instrumental in changing this to all be computerised. Saves a lot of "double handling" of information. Pros The program keeps track of the payments and due dates. I can also email out the invoices and review them prior to sending. Cons The templates are not always correct. It has taken quite a while to get them sorted. Whenever there has been a change in requirements or regulations, they have brought out a new version that accommodates any needed changes.
