Their support team is top notch! Always quick to respond with helpful answers. So glad I found OwnerRez! The product, their teams and the amazing community of users is the BEST!! **Pros:** OwnerRez is the most robust and stable Property Management Software platform that I have found, and at a fair price. The depth of features for direct and channel bookings alike is unmatched. And they are continuously building great features and Ai capabilities. **Cons:** The property management reporting capabilities had been lagging. However they just had a complete rebuild of the reporting, that I am about to implement. The help desk is very knowledgeable and has timely response time. **Pros:** Once set up, the system is very user friendly. The reporting feature is very robust and easy to use. Using OwnerRez as my property management system definitely makes me more productive and helps me keep track of everything at a glance. **Cons:** I have no complaints about the system itself. Since I have been using is (4 years), it has gone up in price, which is disappointing.
