In the crazy, detail-heavy world of credentialing, this tool stands out by organizing our information and clearly highlighting what’s missing. It’s made our jobs significantly easier and less stressful. I highly recommend it to any organization looking to modernize and streamline their credentialing operations. Pros Credential Network has been an absolute game-changer for our credentialing process. The software is genuinely great and has transformed what used to be an incredibly tedious, manual-heavy workflow into a much more efficient and organized system. One of the biggest wins has been the reduction in administrative burden. We've measured a 50% decrease in hours spent on credentialing tasks since implementing the platform. What makes this so easy is the dashboard. It clearly defines the overdue, nearly overdue, and current records we have for our providers. It makes maintaining each provider a no-brainer and easy to implement. The OCR and document uploading features are unmatched — it's incredibly easy to use, lightning-fast, highly accurate, and does an outstanding job of automatically organizing the data. It’s easily one of the strongest features I’ve seen in any credentialing tool. The provider app is also very helpful, making it simple for providers to engage directly with the process. Whenever we’ve had issues or suggestions, the team listened attentively and acted quickly. Cons There are no real cons. The few features that are still in development (such as expanded support for users with security-level access and the new tasking functionality) are already showing great promise, and it’s clear the team is actively building based on user feedback. The team has been very open to feedback. I feel like I have found a platform with a team that actually understands the struggles a credentialing team faces. Pros I have used Modio for the last 4 years and struggled with trying to organize it and utilize all the supposed features. Since moving to the Credential Network platform my work life has done a 180! The system flows from section to section and you can stay on one provider and not have to get out of one profile to gather information from another section, the process feels streamlined and logical. The AI and automation features are unbelievable what it can actually do and the time you can save by using it to assist you with multiple things like password changes, attestations and compliance checks. The tasking feature helps you organize your day right when you log in and a see your dashboard. The feature of having users being able to see the just the providers they are working on instead of having to look through all provider information and the dashboard is truly accurate of what the is assigned to that team member. Having the ability to have documents loaded in the system for the provider to electronically fill out and sign makes obtaining information from the provider much easier than the old school pen to paper method. Cons The format of the effective and renewal date on the payer tab, but I have reached out to Credentialing Network and they have taken my feedback and are reformatting it!
