Overall, I’m very impressed. The software offers great value for money and makes it simple to manage an event while keeping sensitive data secure. It already meets all my requirements, and I can see it becoming even more powerful as it expands to cover more specific event types and organizer roles.

Pros

Great features and a very fair price. It makes handling private data simple and secure, which lets the team focus on the overall event experience instead of worrying about privacy slips.

Cons

Honestly, the product already meets all my needs. If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be adding more specific event categories to the homepage. The landing page looks great, but showing different use cases would make it even more effective for new business.

My overall experience has been excellent. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and powerful enough to handle detailed event planning requirements. From setting up seating layouts to managing attendees and communications, everything felt streamlined and efficient. The system runs smoothly without noticeable bugs, and it helped reduce manual work significantly. I would definitely recommend Event Software to anyone looking for a professional and dependable event management solution.

Pros

What I liked most is how intuitive and flexible the seating management feature is. I was able to quickly design the seating arrangement exactly the way I wanted, customize seat types, and set different pricing ranges without any confusion. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which saved me a lot of time during setup. I also appreciated how smoothly the attendee management and email communication tools worked together.

Cons

Honestly, I had a very positive experience overall. If anything, I would love to see even more advanced reporting and analytics features in future updates. But in terms of performance and usability, I didn’t face any major issues

It is great software - The AI features for changing the white label website need to be added for current technology level.

Pros

I have used the Event Software for selling ticket for an event. The software is user friendly and easy to add flyer, video and multiple Ticket options...The payment gateway far less compared to other event software.

Cons

White label option took a day to set-up. It should be minimized few hours. Seat mapping feature need to be added.

I especially liked how simple it was to view event details and manage my tickets in one place. Overall, it made the whole process hassle-free and convenient. I’d definitely use it again for future events.

Pros

I recently used this ticketing platform and had a really smooth experience. The interface was clean and easy to navigate, booking tickets took just a few minutes, and the confirmation was instant.

Cons

Reports needs enhancemnents, few discount code needs enhancements. Rest all good with the software

Our overall experience with Event Software was excellent. The platform was easy to use, quick to set up, and our attendees had a smooth registration and payment experience. The support from the team was outstanding they were responsive, helpful, and made sure our event ran successfully. It’s a modern, user-friendly solution that made our event much easier to manage.

Cons

ACH to be enabled along with Credit card options. A few features are still evolving, but the team responds quickly and improves the platform based on feedback
