I use Reviva for scheduling, charting, texting, forms, and payments. It has made my day-to-day much smoother. The automation handles things I used to do by hand, and I can focus more on my clients. I don't think I can go without it.

Pros

The AI charting saves me so much time after every session. I also love that forms are automatically sent to clients by text so I don't have to follow up manually. Communication is faster, and photos like lab results save directly to the client profile which is really helpful for me.

Cons

I wish I could customize which forms are sent to each client individually, and I'd love more flexibility to add fields to charts specific to functional medicine like lab values. I wish the forms had the ability to calculate scores for patient symptoms.
