It makes billing simple and helps our cash flow by keeping everything clear and easy to manage. Pros I really like how easy it is to make and send invoices with Thera. The templates look nice, and I can easily see when clients look at or pay their invoices. This helps me stay organized. Plus, creating recurring invoices saves me a lot of time each month. The platform has been a one stop solution that has effortlessly eliminated the pain points associated with running payroll, paying contractors, and managing invoices. Love the idea of everything automated, organized, and easy to track as it is giving our small automotive team more time to focus on growth and less on paperwork. Pros I am genuinely pleased with Thera's capability to streamline the management of our U.S payroll and international contractors. I am impressed that the system automatically handles taxes, compliance, and filings for all 50 states, which gives me a lot of time back and provides peace of mind. Additionally, paying foreign contractors has become very easy, I no longer have to manage multiple bank transfers or worry about exchange rates. Cons The only drawback is that in some cases, reports take longer to generate, e.g., when exporting detailed payroll or invoice data. On rare occasions, the benefit information of international hires could be more detailed.
