It was really good, integrating iteraction with AI and writting for an AI based education system into work.

Pros

The channelization of selection along with a clear sequence of activity and direct to the point. Good.

Cons

Missing some manual operation in times of technical issue, especially sudden power cut and internet.

It's clear and has a nice voice. Sometimes they can repeat or explain the questions. That's wonderful. The screen shows which stage of the interview outline I was on and has a timer.

Cons

Non-applicable. I totally enjoyed the interview with AI, and I like its voice. I think it's helpful and saves time for the HR team. Thank you so much.

nothing but Awesomness! I am glad that I took this assessment as it gave me a good impression to AI interviews.

Pros

I love it. It is the only AI interview that I felt connected to the core competencies of what I have applied for.

Cons

similar with all assessments - its the time pressure. it gives me less time to think and a little bit of pressure.- it made me a little nervous.

Overall experience with Micro1 is good so far. The application process was simple, and I could complete the interview as per my convenience.

Pros

The interview process through AI Interviewer, Zara, was pretty exciting and clear. The questions were relevant to the job.

Cons

The time given for the written exercise was less than expected. There were different sections, and there should be more time to provide better answers.

It was very engaging, Zara asked good questions that made me think, the design exercise at the end was good.

Pros

Zara has understood and interpreted my answers very well. Overall had a good conversation with human-like responses.

Cons

I would wish that I talked to a real person, so that I would't feel alone in the interview as I was talking.

Pros

It was such a great and quick experience. For some reason you feel at so much ease. So dashboard is very user friendly, the AI interviewer has a friendly tone which makes anyone feel comfortable talking.

Cons

Sometimes it's not 100% understandable. There are some words that might be spelled out not 100% correctly.
