the interviewee should be familiar with the process to be more prepared. Perhaps a demo interview would be useful.

Pros

The recruitment process is much easier, especially for basic questions like preliminary screening. The interview can be done according to my schedule. The length of the interview is solid.

Cons

it took me time to adjust the process of getting asked and giving answers. Although I know the issues and topics, I felt a language barrier to respond fluently and focused. Probably the lack of a human on the other side made me more unsure of my answers.

Its a wonderful experience to have AI interview. Its my first AI interview. Yet interesting to know how AI has captured my feeling and reading my mind.

Pros

its ability to understand the interview language and convert in to short and perfect description quickly. So that we can assure what we understand that zara has recevied.

Cons

Need a little more (10 more seconds) waiting period. Feel like interview went deep in one direction (LC-MSMS and Pesticide Residues). Other areas of expertise not touched. More like a vertical. Not sure if ZARA picks up questions from horizontal aapproach.

Great learning and overall, very good experience and turn around time is managed excellent way and scheduling is done in a very friendly and professional organized way.

Pros

Process simplified and articulation done professionally. Breathing time between each interview round and time to answer the questions are well maintained as per this generation speed, not too speed and not too less move, balanced way.

Cons

I have observed no issues. Initially I thought I may experience certain issues like audio and video voice clarity related. Once I started attending the interview, no difficulties experienced in the AI assessment rounds.

Pros

The recruitment process involved almost 1 hour chatting with an AI interviewer called Zara. The interviewer did a realy great job, and I could understand everything she said. When I had doubts she paraphrased the question so that I can understand it well. I also had an issue with my wifi router in the middle of the intervier, but I came back and finished it.

Nothing to say, at all. There were some times the audio brokes up sometimes, but I think it is due to my internet connection.

Good one of the few things that I would like to add is the tool could perhaps offer more scenarios to test a candidates dept of experience like an additional project scenario or stakeholder comments or conflict management with stakeholders.

Pros

The questions were worded in a self explanatory way and were easy to understand. Any candidate should not have difficulty in processing through the interview.

Cons

I would say there was'nt anything that I could i liked least. Perhaps the create profile could happen as a separate task and not at the end of the interview.
