Pros

MamaCRM is a highly practical platform for businesses. Its dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it easy to track leads, deals, and follow-ups efficiently. Automation and task management features help streamline workflows, while reporting tools provide clear insights into performance. Customer support is excellent, and the customization options are especially useful. Overall I would highly recommend it for any business.

Cons

I haven't found any negatives. Using the platform is very easy, efficient and offers many useful features.

Our overall experience with MamaCRM has been excellent. It has helped us organize our marketing strategy, schedule and manage our social media content, and keep track of our customers all from one platform. The fact that it combines AI-powered marketing tools with CRM functionality makes it very powerful and efficient for any business.

Pros

What I liked most about MamaCRM is that everything is in one place. It combines social media management, marketing strategy, AI tools, and CRM, which saves us a lot of time and eliminates the need for multiple platforms. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and the AI features are extremely helpful for generating content ideas, captions, and strategy suggestions. It has truly simplified our daily workflow and improved how we manage our marketing and customer relationships.

Cons

There is a small learning curve at the beginning, but once you get familiar with it, everything becomes very smooth.

Overall I feel very confident that I know what I am doing with social media, I know that I follow the strategy of each client and that I have the reports to discuss the progress towards it. The strategy tools uplift my thesis and I can directly speak to the managers and CEOs pointing out what is not working and why. Very satisfied overall.

Pros

What I like the most about MamaCRM is the easy navigation between the various brands that I manage on social media. With one click I can have the strategy in front of me and connect it with social media ideas and create the post directly and publish it. The AI is based on each clients strategy so I don't need a free prompts every time i need a caption, just a click of a button! Also reports, inbox and task are there and I stop switching tabs all the time.

Cons

The main disadvantage of MamaCRM is that is not connected with all the social media platforms yet and is still on beta phase.
