Overall it has been a great tool for running a pressure washing business. Before using it, I was juggling texts, notes, and different apps to keep track of jobs and customers. With QuoteIQ everything is organized in one system, which makes quoting jobs, scheduling work, and staying in touch with customers much easier. It helps keep things moving without getting overwhelmed by the admin side of the business.

Pros

QuoteIQ has made it much easier to manage the day to day side of my pressure washing business. I can send estimates quickly, schedule jobs, and keep all of my customer information organized in one place. The follow up texts and reminders are also helpful because they keep customers informed without me having to manually reach out every time.

Cons

There are a lot of features available, so it takes a little time in the beginning to go through everything and set it up the way you want for your business.

My experience has been very I positive. The platform helps keep jobs organized, improves communication with customers, and saves time on daily tasks like follow ups and scheduling. It’s clear that the software was designed with service professionals in mind rather than being a generic business tool. As the platform continues to grow and add features, it becomes even more valuable for managing operations.

Pros

The biggest strength of QuoteIQ is how much it streamlines the operational side of the business. Estimates, scheduling, customer communication, and job management all live inside one platform, which eliminates the usual back‑and‑forth that comes with juggling multiple tools. It’s also highly customizable, making it easy to tailor the system to different service‑based workflows.

Cons

There are a ton of features, so information overload does occur however, I took it step-by-step, focused on the core features that I needed. Over the course of a few weeks, I was able to figure out everything else I needed.

Overall the experience has been very positive. The platform feels like it was designed specifically for home service businesses instead of trying to force generic software to work for contractors. Features like quoting, scheduling, customer communication, and automation all work together well, which makes managing jobs and customers much easier. Support has also been responsive when questions come up, and the product continues to improve with updates and new features. It’s been a solid system for organizing and running the business.

Pros

QuoteIQ was clearly built by people who actually understand service businesses. The quoting system is extremely flexible, scheduling is simple to manage, and the automation features save a lot of time on follow ups and customer communication. I also like that a lot of tools that normally require separate apps are already built in. It keeps everything in one place and makes running the day to day side of the business much easier.

Cons

There is a lot of functionality available, so it can take a little time to explore everything and fully learn what the platform can do. Once you get familiar with it though, it becomes very straightforward.

Amazing, very happy with the service they provide and excited to use this with my employees this year

Pros

I love that I had everything I needed and outside apps and I brought all these apps into one CRM so now I can cancel other subscriptions and just use everything in the CRM for cheaper than I was paying for everything else. It was a no-brainer.

Cons

There’s nothing I could really complain about everything is smooth with them, the people are great. The software is great. What’s their not to like?

So far, it’s been really good, we were using a different platform for about two years, made the change for a couple different reasons, but we have been very happy so far.

Pros

Very easy to use, it is Mobile friendly, which is important for our business. I also really like the ease of use, fast quotes make it super easy to give them right on site customers.

Cons

We have 15 users, the elite plan only allows for seven users, we would have to move to enterprise where they charge a little bit more per user. But it is still way cheaper than any of the other programs that I have looked into so I can’t complain too much.

The MapMeasure Pro feature lets me take property measurements from my phone—no extra site visits.
