There is no perfect system, but I love all the features that Ambiki has to offer, and the features they will continue to add!

Pros

I love the customer support! It's easy to hop on a quick call with the team to solve problems in real time.

Cons

As Ambiki continues to develop and add new features, there are growing pains along the way. I feel that glitches tend to come up more often than I would like.

Pros

Ambiki's customer support is TOP NOTCH! As a one-woman practice doing it all, their billing system is streamlined to help make sure I'm not missing anything between the cracks. They are also consistently doing updates based on feedback from customers. I ran into an ERA issue caused by my old EMR and they worked diligently to help me get it resolved, which was a huge help when I'm busy seeing clients most of the week. I also LOVE the AI feature that provides a parent friendly summary of the sessions to the patient portal. The autoclaim processing to insurance and the auto monthly superbills has cut my admin time tremendously!

Cons

They don't (yet) have benefits and eligibility requests integrated, but I'm hopeful that this is coming in the future. I also wish that text reminders could be sent to more than one number per child (i.e. to both parents).

Pros

Ambiki has exceeded every expectation I had when I made the switch. Before Ambiki, I felt completely overwhelmed and alone trying to manage billing, ERAs, EDI enrollments, and claim issues. It was stressful and time-consuming, and I constantly worried I was missing something. Since transitioning, that entire experience has changed. The support, especially from \[sensitive content hidden\] , has been extraordinary. \[sensitive content hidden\] has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty. He has personally called EDI and ERA enrollment phone numbers with me and on my behalf to help resolve issues. That level of hands-on advocacy is rare. Instead of sending instructions and leaving me to figure it out, he stepped in and actively helped move problems toward resolution. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been equally responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every interaction has been professional, prompt, and solution-focused. The platform itself is clean and efficient, but the support alone is worth the service. I could not be happier with my decision to switch to Ambiki. It has removed an enormous amount of stress from my practice and given me confidence in my billing processes again.

Cons

I have no complaints about Ambiki. They have been absolutely wonderful! They have exceeded every expectation.

I wish I had found this software years ago. It would have solved so many problems from administrative, finances, and compliance. Just the communication alone w/ patients, and the capability to fax doctors and manage paperwork has changed my practice from a sinking ship to a thriving on top of business and shifted us to ready to grow!

Pros

As a private practice I knew I couldnt expand using my current software. To many admin problems BECAUSE of the software limitations. Insurance issues, compliance issues, HIPAA issues. It solves all of this plus helps w/ note taking. I no longer need a second app! AND TECH support is unbelievable. I can chat in 1 min or schedule a meeting!

Cons

The learning curve was a little steep. Short video's 1-2 min for each section would solve this easily.

We are very impressed with Ambiki and its features. We are excited to see what the next few upgrades bring.

Pros

Everything is all in one and simple to use! We love that it is tailored to our needs and facility. Scheduling, billing, evaluations, and notes are completed quickly with the help of Ambiki.

Cons

No call in or chat support, only messages. It would be helpful in emergency situations to have a quick point of contact, but they are still developing new things for Ambiki... it is also a tad pricey.

Very user friendly. They are frequently updating the system. Also love the offline access feature. It's helpful if something knocks me off wifi.

Cons

I don't like that anyone can contribute goals to the goal bank. For example, an OT can submit speech goals.

i don’t like that i am unable to edit plans of care easily. i have to keep creating new plans of care even for something simple like a spelling error.

I’ve really enjoyed this EMR system especially because it helps with overall documentation and workflow

Pros

It’s pediatric oriented which makes documentation and teletherapy sessions such more valuable and helpful overall.

Cons

Some delays with support/help responses would be the least item at this particular time. Also some issues with updating emails for the patient portal and would love to have a clinical view of all that is in the patient portal

Great customer service! Product getting better every week. So different from big/old/expensive EMRs.

Pros

So much thought has been put into the features. It has clearly been built with speech therapy (and OT/PT) in mind!

Cons

As with any transition, it takes time to learn how to use Ambiki. Having our SLPs learn a new platform is annoying, but it was worth it.
