Pros I like that you can customize your routes depending on your goals for the day, and you can continue to optimize the route until you find the best one for you. It is easy to use and navigate between the filters. Cons I have had issues with errors/bugs that sometimes do not load properly, or pins on the map that are in the incorrect area. however, the team at Mapsly does a good job at addressing the issues. Pros We've been using Mapsly for our CRM for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for our team. The integration was seamless—it just connected to our existing CRM data and everything was ready to go. Our field reps can now create multi-stop, optimized routes in seconds, which has saved countless hours of manual planning. Cons While there was a bit of a learning curve to get the hang of all the features, the customer support has been outstanding. Aside some minimal annoyances it allows me to visualise my working territory and identify key areas. Pros I enjoy the functionality to create the routes and efficiently access the accounts when linked to Zoho. Also being able to export new accounts through searching for a "google listed" business and having most data require be present in the account ready to go is very helpful and efficient. Cons Some things I dislike about Mapsly on occasion is the smoothness of the program. Being able to zoom in and out, click on accounts and access all information required through the linked programs is very important when out in field and operating fast paced is sometimes crucial. It's easy to assign contractors based on location and travel time. Pros Its very easy to plan and optimize routes using Mapsly. It makes route assignment easy and efficient. The different features are extremely helpful including vehicle constraints, traffic conditions, travel time, and the ability to plan multiple stops. Cons Mapsly meets all of my needs in terms of route planning and scheduling. There is nothing that I dislike about the software. It’s intuitive, efficient, and has made field planning much more strategic. Pros Visual Territory Management: Easy to visualize reps’ territories and customer locations on a map for smarter planning. Route Optimization: Helps plan the most efficient travel routes for field reps, saving time and fuel. CRM Integration: Seamlessly connects with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and others to pull in real-time data. The product is stellar with lots of options. The team has put a lot of thought into the mapping process. We only scratched the surface of its capabilities and I know there is much more we could have done. Pros The support team and the automation. It was really great to be able to communicate what automations we needed for our process and the support team built it out, including additional changes, quickly. We were up and running within 24 hours. Cons Only that the automations turned off if we went over our daily spend amount. I was happy to pay any overage charges, but sometimes we would find that automation had turned off and I had to restart it.
