The ease of use in terms of booking and integration with our other systems. It's very straight forward and simple.

Cons

Pros

The ability to customise booking conditions, booking rules, pricing conditions, and payments by user tag - so apt for real time businesses!

Cons

I'd like my customers to have a dash to see what their quotas/pricing/subscription is - I'm sure it's on the way down the track.

Amazing! Processes are sped up greatly. We have saved lots of money since moving from our old booking system to this one.

Pros

Simplicity of users booking themselves gives our staff more time for other tasks. This means they can focus on other aspects of their jobs.

Cons

Would like more flexibility when pulling information to excel from Skedda. The option to choose which info to pull would be great

Pros

Just works perfectly. Give us heaps of flexibility and gets rid of the manual process. Has made a huge difference to our org.

Cons

Just needs some more flexibility in using custom field values to change hire rates. This would then allow us to bill automatically.

Pros

Its great for allowing clients to book our space and manage their own reservation without needing staff support for all changes.

Cons

I don't think its very visually appealing -- its gets the job done it just isn't the prettiest presentation.

Great. Prompt service and no issues with uptime. Our members have no problem using the system to book time on machines.

Pros

Great Sales and Setup support Easy to use administration back end Easy to book for users Easy to see utilization

Cons

We have a number of machines so the cost per booking is high for our use case. I would like to be able to be able to organize machines by room in list view.

I'm glad we're using it. I don't know if it's truly worth what we've paid, but hopefully by the end of the year we'll at least break even.

Pros

Customers find it fairly straightforward. I like that there's an ability to create a unique url to automatically tag different types of users. I like that I can add conditions to schedule and users.

Cons

People don't love immediately needing to add in their payment details. I deeply wish the database was more user-friendly -- you can't sort by specific details and you can't collect additional information.

We use AllBooked for our indoor cricket coaching centre in Cape Town, South Africa. It is user friendly and gives us all the functionality we need. The support has also been great

We haven't had any issues at all, we are happy all the booking capabilities Skedda provides. No problems at all

Excellent. The FAQ's are comprehensive and help is always close at hand.

Pros

It's quite a comprehensive and easy to establish booking system. Being able to link with Stripe is a great addition. e previously used the free version and hesitated to go down the pay route but compared with other software it is very reasonable and does a great job and the staff on the help desk are fabulous and always respond quickly and solve any issues promptly.

Cons

Setting up some of the booking parameters eg different rates for peak times and tagged users is quite difficult especially when double negatives are involved so it's not easy to do and I have needed assistance from the crew to get it operating as I wanted. A home page with some booking guidance and an overview of the venue would also be useful. We will do that on our own website but not everyone is going to get to our Skedda page that way.

AllBooked is quite easy to use,the schedlue is fairly easy to read and to navigate from month to month

Cons

The annual fees are quite costly, to the point that I don't have all of my rooms listed. It helps me to save on my annual fees.

Easy to use, for both administrators and users. Nice, clear presentation of bookings. Excellent sheet of users for admins.

Cons

Would like to be able to add notes or even sponsors to the booking sheets. For example, "this lawn is out of action today".

Pros

AllBooked by Skedda is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The clean interface makes it easy to manage bookings, set up spaces, and customize access rules. The automation features save time and reduce manual admin work, and the calendar view is perfect for quickly visualizing availability.

Overall, I would say very good and our club members are very happy with the system.

Pros

It’s relatively easy to use, and even my senior tennis members were able to navigate the system.

Cons

After a winter of not playing outdoors, people have to sign in again and frequently forget how to use the system or forget their password. Also, to be able to cancel a court after your time has started. For example, example cancel a 10 o’clock court at 10:05.

Its simplicity and functionality. Very useable, love it. The moblie app is a godsend as you can book, update information instantly.

Very positive and very helpful. They have always been very responsive to inquiry and solved any issue they could. 100% recommended to any business that needs a good, reliable, and easy calendar system.

Pros

We started with Skedda when they were still fairly new, and they have been a great resource for us to keeping track of our needs over 10years of usage. They even have told us that we helped them adapt their service to fit others needs because of the requirements we had asked for.

Cons

Nothing really, it is a good easy service to learn and use. They evolved with our needs as best they could and implemented new features that were helpful and useful. We are only moving on for budget reasons, or I would continue with our company using the product.
