Good experience- customer service is responsive as far as time. We've used "AllBooked" since it was Skedda, and it's been far too long to wait for the needed features.

Pros

It's a full-featured booking system that allows multiple spaces and also specific add-ons for spaces (i.e. a keyboard, microphone, etc.) and it's simple to assign specific costs for each item.

Cons

I HATE that it does not have more ways to filter the view. For a venue booking multiple spaces and needing to be able to view by day, or block of time, it's a real drawback and we've been begging for this feature for years.

Allbooked has enabled us to streamline processes and offer customers an efficient booking experience.

Pros

The ability to set many different pricing rules, particularly based on user tags. This has enabled our complex pricing structure which offers more affordable pricing to members. The platform is easy to use and the app is fantastic.

Cons

I'd love to see more payment options soon. Top priority would be facilitating customer subscriptions in the platform, but discount code / coupon functionality would be extremely valuable to us in monetising our spaces. Other payment features that would be beneficial include - ability to sell add ons in the booking form or at checkout (such as technician support at our music studios, or drumsticks). Ability for customers who pay upfront to edit/amend their bookings post-payment, and have this integrated into Stripe so that their payment adjustment is automatically processed.

It has been positive, although I was hoping with the transition to Allbooked, it would gain benefits not previously available. Unfortunately, it seems like it has only lost access to benefits available in the Skedda version, without gaining any benefits of note for Allbooked. Additionally, the cost continues to rise without any notable improvements.

Pros

The ease of the UX for both myself and users, it is easy with the App, website, and all the different views within each.

Cons

The integrated billing / customer payment options are very limited. If you want online payments integrated in the system, you have to have customers pay for each reservation one at a time whether you have them pay upfront or at a later date. It would be so much better if they had the option to pay for all of their unpaid usage in a single transaction. It would be even better if the system could create a customer invoice.

Their set up required significant workarounds to meet our needs (i.e. to have a tutor reserve a space on their own, they had to be added as a "family" and "tutor" and then have each student created and added to the family and their caseload before they could reserve a space. Where as Allbooked/Skedda they reserve the space and a custom question they complete during the booking process provides the student information.

I've been very pleased and would recommend this to those who are facing the challenge of managing multiple spaces like us.

Pros

I enjoy how simple it makes organizing so many event spaces and conference rooms here. We have the ability to expand into the for-profit sector by charging minimal fees for our larger spaces which helps offset costs of running them.

Cons

My only small gripe is managing user access to bookings and viewing certain spaces. We have multiple businesses in the building so not all spaces are available to everyone.

Overall, It is an easy and simple conference room booking platform. The cost is reasonable at roughly $500-$600/year per venue. And our tenants have not complained

Pros

Easy and simple to use! Able to quickly edit any reservation and modify. Also extremely easy to add additional users as either booking or regular admin, while adding optional fees. can also upload pictures of the rooms, huge Plus!

Cons

There aren't a lot of complaints. I wish there was a way we could integrate the skedda platform with some sort of electronic tablet to install at the front entrance to the conference rooms, to make the daily schedule easily accessible to tenants onsite.

it's been overall very positive, especially as I used it nearly every day with people from all walks of life.

Pros

The ease in which I can book events in our venue space, the customizing, and the calendar integration. And that there is no unnecessary AI.

Cons

That I cannot have pricing tiers for my venue space and the limited payment integrations. That there is not a non-profit pricing tier.

I loved how fast someone was able to help me. Often, there is a long wait at other companies. Thanks!

I can't think of anything at the moment. I have found the people available quickly. May be having a feature to view the year's bookings on the admin side.

It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and adaptable, making it easy to use for both our team and the diverse range of community members who rely on us for room bookings. Regardless of someone’s technical skill level, they find navigating and booking through Skedda straightforward and hassle-free. The platform accommodates all our scheduling needs, from recurring events to last-minute changes, with a level of efficiency and simplicity that has truly transformed how we manage our centres. The visual layout makes it clear what spaces are available, and the customization options allow us to tailor the system perfectly to our requirements. Without Skedda, managing our rooms as well as bookings for our learner drivers program nd ensuring fair and efficient usage would be a logistical nightmare. Skedda has saved us countless hours of administrative work, and its reliability means we can focus more on delivering the services our community relies on. We couldn’t imagine running our centers without it—it’s an indispensable tool for any organization managing multiple spaces. Highly recommended.

user friendly; simple and effective, multi-uses e.g. we use it for room bookings, hall bookings, learner driver mentor program bookings for learner car.

Cons

We find Skedda simple and easy to use and we have yet to discover any anomalies with its use. it serves our purposes effectively. We used the service when it was free so having to now pay stands as testament to how effective it is.

It is such an easy app to use, straight forward and has everything I need. Clinicians find it easy to navigate.

Cons

As my clinic has many different contract options I wish there was a way I could select all the outstanding invoices and click all paid rather than individual clicking.

A+. Would highly recommend to any space owner.

Pros

The flexibility of the platform is amazing, but what we like the most is the amazing customer service. There is always someone to walk us through a use case, a problem we are having, or whatnot. Really exceptional results from 2 years of using them. Very ahppy we did.

Cons

Well, to be honest, there isn't much to like. I would say that it would be wonderful to have the Stripe dashboard be accessed within the Skedda environment. It would also be wonderful to understand better the settings on particular spaces. I'd love to see more flexibility in allowing rules on a space by space basis without having to create so many conditions. Also moving the conditions up when you have so many of them is very cumbersome, it would be nice to be able to pull them to the top versus clicking move up 20 times. When you have a homogeneous space offering, its a pretty easy system to use. When you have very different spaces, like we do, all demanding different rules and pricing and hours, its a bit harder. Lastly, I'd like to see that their is an easier way to put up schedules on a big screen. The tablet feature doesn't work for us, just want to be able to broadcast a schedule to a big centralized screen. But all in all, A GREAT PRODUCT with GREAT SERVICE.

Lo fácil que es usarla, las gráficas que te dan de las horas de uso, los días más concurridos y lo limpio de su formato. Se ve profesional y lindo

No sé qué decirles respecto a este punto, la verdad es que todo me gusta. Creo que si tuviera que quejarme de algo sería del precio, pero bueno, eso lo establecen ustedes. También me gustaría que no hubiera un limi para revisar los registros, es decir que puedaa revisar los registros de por lo menos los últimos 5 años, actualmente está configurado para solo acceder a un año de estadísticos. También me gustaría que se pudieran configurar distintos precios para los diferentes clientes.

mostly great, it works, and it most important, would like to get more reports, to track customer behavior, do more analiticts, maybe add meta nad google ads tools to track conversions from ads

Interface is good, logic, for person is clear how to book, works good and fast, dont know what to say more

Cons

Long time of waiting for new features like promo codes, it was asked two years go, still not developed. Pricing is very strange then you took out features after upgrade ;D

very good, the team is responsive and has always answered our questions. they designed some venue maps and layouts so our users could better understand what spaces are being booked from the website.

Pros

it is easy for our users to understand, and has clear booking instructions. the online booking has reduced phone pressure in our office, and given our users the flexibility to book 24/7

Cons

there could be a lot more control over booking rules, such as limits per venue rather than overall for all spaces. user time limits, etc

It has been a pleasure since day one. Their chat support is 24/7. Every individual I've spoken with has been invaluable and supportive.

Pros

Skedda has been a game changer at our organization. We are a nonprofit community arts center providing classes, a gallery, and live theater productions. We have set up AllBooked to allow our staff to schedule individual rooms and everyone has full visibility to all of the classes, events, and workshops at all times. AllBooked has saved staff time, while simultaneously improving communication and awareness of our activities.

Cons

I have no complaints. Due to our large number of bookable spaces, the mobile app isn't as user-friendly as the website. Other than some tweaks to make the mobile app more friendly on a cell phone, I have no complaints.

Easy of access and user friendly. Its suoer easy to set up and onboard new users. Love that my bookers and log in and work away without having to monitor and take time out

Some functionality issues around rules. But only small gripe here, and can be easily worked around with some thinking

A user friendly online booking system, but it’s pretty pricey. Will look for other alternatives if you increase the monthly fee.

Pros

Very user friendly for both Administrator and customers. The interface is simple and clear. Bugs free at all.

Cons

There is still some limitation on Quotas setting. I cannot set up condition that allow a member to have one hour free usually per day, and 50% discount for additional booking on same day

Site has always been reliable and has helped our club manage our bookings. Staff are always available for support and are very knowledgable and helpful.

Pros

Ease of use. Excellent basic functions and customisation. Email updates and user levels provide enhanced control and prevent accidental booking deletion.

Cons

Sometimes fails to update in real time. Occasionally if someone books at the same time the calendar isn’t immediately updated, allowing a very small chance of a conflict.

### "Great Product, Great Customer Service"

Have very much enjoyed the product since set-up and this continues now, thank you all for all of your support

Pros

Staff are super efficient and helpful when i need support or changes - really excellent customer service! Also like that it has an app.

Cons

perhaps a few more rules/options in settings in terms of booking rules and options but not a deal breaker as there are a few to pick from

### "Great booking system. Great price"

Overall, we have had a very good experience with Skedda.

Pros

Offers lots of features. Mainly allowing users to book themselves.

Cons

It would be good to have a feature to export a list to excel where you can choose which information you require (similar to when printing)
