Just works perfectly. Give us heaps of flexibility and gets rid of the manual process. Has made a huge difference to our org.

Just needs some more flexibility in using custom field values to change hire rates. This would then allow us to bill automatically.

As the managers of three bustling community centres, we’ve tried several booking systems over the years, but Skedda stands out as the best by far. It’s user-friendly, intuitive, and adaptable, making it easy to use for both our team and the diverse range of community members who rely on us for room bookings. Regardless of someone’s technical skill level, they find navigating and booking through Skedda straightforward and hassle-free. The platform accommodates all our scheduling needs, from recurring events to last-minute changes, with a level of efficiency and simplicity that has truly transformed how we manage our centres. The visual layout makes it clear what spaces are available, and the customization options allow us to tailor the system perfectly to our requirements. Without Skedda, managing our rooms as well as bookings for our learner drivers program nd ensuring fair and efficient usage would be a logistical nightmare. Skedda has saved us countless hours of administrative work, and its reliability means we can focus more on delivering the services our community relies on. We couldn’t imagine running our centers without it—it’s an indispensable tool for any organization managing multiple spaces. Highly recommended.

user friendly; simple and effective, multi-uses e.g. we use it for room bookings, hall bookings, learner driver mentor program bookings for learner car.

Cons

We find Skedda simple and easy to use and we have yet to discover any anomalies with its use. it serves our purposes effectively. We used the service when it was free so having to now pay stands as testament to how effective it is.

There is no possiblity to divide the "cancel" and "change" options. I would let my clients to change the dates but not the cancellation, now it is not working.

Overall, I would say very good and our club members are very happy with the system.

Pros

It’s relatively easy to use, and even my senior tennis members were able to navigate the system.

Cons

After a winter of not playing outdoors, people have to sign in again and frequently forget how to use the system or forget their password. Also, to be able to cancel a court after your time has started. For example, example cancel a 10 o’clock court at 10:05.

It has been a pleasure since day one. Their chat support is 24/7. Every individual I've spoken with has been invaluable and supportive.

Pros

Skedda has been a game changer at our organization. We are a nonprofit community arts center providing classes, a gallery, and live theater productions. We have set up AllBooked to allow our staff to schedule individual rooms and everyone has full visibility to all of the classes, events, and workshops at all times. AllBooked has saved staff time, while simultaneously improving communication and awareness of our activities.

Cons

I have no complaints. Due to our large number of bookable spaces, the mobile app isn't as user-friendly as the website. Other than some tweaks to make the mobile app more friendly on a cell phone, I have no complaints.

A+. Would highly recommend to any space owner.

Pros

The flexibility of the platform is amazing, but what we like the most is the amazing customer service. There is always someone to walk us through a use case, a problem we are having, or whatnot. Really exceptional results from 2 years of using them. Very ahppy we did.

Cons

Well, to be honest, there isn't much to like. I would say that it would be wonderful to have the Stripe dashboard be accessed within the Skedda environment. It would also be wonderful to understand better the settings on particular spaces. I'd love to see more flexibility in allowing rules on a space by space basis without having to create so many conditions. Also moving the conditions up when you have so many of them is very cumbersome, it would be nice to be able to pull them to the top versus clicking move up 20 times. When you have a homogeneous space offering, its a pretty easy system to use. When you have very different spaces, like we do, all demanding different rules and pricing and hours, its a bit harder. Lastly, I'd like to see that their is an easier way to put up schedules on a big screen. The tablet feature doesn't work for us, just want to be able to broadcast a schedule to a big centralized screen. But all in all, A GREAT PRODUCT with GREAT SERVICE.

Excellent. The FAQ's are comprehensive and help is always close at hand.

Pros

It's quite a comprehensive and easy to establish booking system. Being able to link with Stripe is a great addition. e previously used the free version and hesitated to go down the pay route but compared with other software it is very reasonable and does a great job and the staff on the help desk are fabulous and always respond quickly and solve any issues promptly.

Cons

Setting up some of the booking parameters eg different rates for peak times and tagged users is quite difficult especially when double negatives are involved so it's not easy to do and I have needed assistance from the crew to get it operating as I wanted. A home page with some booking guidance and an overview of the venue would also be useful. We will do that on our own website but not everyone is going to get to our Skedda page that way.

Very positive and very helpful. They have always been very responsive to inquiry and solved any issue they could. 100% recommended to any business that needs a good, reliable, and easy calendar system.

Pros

We started with Skedda when they were still fairly new, and they have been a great resource for us to keeping track of our needs over 10years of usage. They even have told us that we helped them adapt their service to fit others needs because of the requirements we had asked for.

Nothing really, it is a good easy service to learn and use. They evolved with our needs as best they could and implemented new features that were helpful and useful. We are only moving on for budget reasons, or I would continue with our company using the product.
