La disponibilité et la pertinence de l'ensemble des interlocuteurs. Leur efficacité et professionnalisme, tout comme leur capacité à aider à la compréhension de thèmes sur lesquels nous ne sommes pas toujours spécialistes sont des points de satisfaction très importants

Cons

La plateforme est totalement adaptée mais complexe (heureusement que l'équipe ZEI est toujours là pour répondre aux questions). Une aide à la prise en main plus poussée serait appréciable

Pros

Je pense que ce que j'ai le plus apprécié c'est la facilité d'utilisation de cet outil. Tout y est bien expliqué, de manière claire et très développé. C'est intuitif et pédagogique et l'interface est visuellement agréable.

Cons

Je pense que c'est le fait de ne pas avoir l'option "Pas encore mis en place dans notre entreprise" quand on est dans le cas d'une start-up ou d'une petite société, car le fait de mettre 0 biaise notre score alors qu'en fait on pourrait très bien avoir un bon score si on retire ce critère.

le logiciel entre dans sa phase de déploiement auprès des adhérents. La dynamique est lancée, peu de remontées démontrant la simplicité de prise en main et des rares blocages sont très rapidement levés.

Pros

Les équipe ZEI sont disponibles à toutes les étapes du projet : finalisation du référentiel, intégration dans l'interface, formation des utilisateurs, déploiement et phase de collecte des données. L'interface est simple d'utilisation et permet une personnalisation de l'outil.

Cons

La difficulté de mise en route chez les adhérents déléguant la complétion. Ils ne perçoivent pas tous la nécessité de leur intervention pour donner des droits à leurs collaborateurs.

Très bon outil pour les équipes RSE qui doivent jongler avec beaucoup d’exigences ESG et structurer une démarche globale, pas seulement mesurer le carbone.

Pros

Très fort pour gérer plusieurs référentiels ESG en même temps (CSRD, labels, questionnaires clients, investisseurs…). Vision claire de la performance RSE avec une plateforme unique, plutôt qu’une accumulation d’outils. Intéressant pour structurer le Scope 3 et les achats responsables à l’échelle d’un groupe. Interface pro et rassurante pour travailler avec des équipes larges et des parties prenantes externes.

Cons

L’outil est large et structurant, donc un peu plus long à prendre en main qu’un simple outil de bilan carbone. La brique carbone pure peut sembler moins “deep” si on cherche beaucoup de détail technique (d’où l’intérêt de l’intégration avec Zelio Impact). Risque de se focaliser sur la conformité si on n’active pas assez la partie pilotage et actions.

I have been working with ZEI for the past 2/3 years and I have had an overall very positive experience with it.

Pros

ZEI is an ESG data management for various usages (extra financial reporting and/or ESG performance management). With over 10 years of existence it has proven to be a key player. Some pros: value for money, reactive customer support, easy to use platform, report generation, referentials mapping, etc.

Cons

Still a growing company (despite the difficult context) which may result in organizational issues (ressources allocation).

Zei enables us to centralise mal our esg data into one central library. Thanks to zei we were able to make giant steps into our csr maturity.

Cons

The software is evolving quite a lot. And keeping track of the updates can be complicated without \[sensitive content hidden\] help.

Much clearer and more structured view of our environmental, social and governance impact, with shared KPIs across the company. Significant time savings on ESG data collection, consolidation and reporting, thanks to centralisation and built‑in frameworks. Better internal and external communication on our commitments and progress to employees, customers and partners.

Pros

Very intuitive interface that centralizes all our ESG and sustainability data in one place, instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets and tools. The framework and KPIs are tailored to our industry and company size, which helps us prioritise actions without being ESG experts. ​ The platform connects many frameworks (CSRD, ISO, green IT ...) and makes reporting and performance tracking much easier. Collaborative features that help onboard teams and suppliers, and follow progress across our broader ecosystem.

Cons

Because the platform is very rich, there is a learning curve at the beginning to configure all indicators and action plans properly. Some dashboards could be even more customizable for very specific or advanced reporting needs.

En tant que partenaire de Zei, notre expérience globale est très positive. La plateforme permet de centraliser l’ensemble des données ESG au même endroit, ce qui simplifie fortement le pilotage et le suivi pour nos clients comme pour nos équipes. Zei fait gagner un temps considérable grâce à l’agrégation intelligente des données et à l’absence de double saisie. Cela permet d’être plus efficace, de fiabiliser les informations et de se concentrer davantage sur l’analyse et la création de valeur plutôt que sur la collecte. L’outil est simple à utiliser, bien structuré et s’intègre facilement dans un écosystème existant, ce qui en fait une solution très utile au quotidien pour accompagner les entreprises dans leur démarche ESG.

Pros

En temps que partenaire Zei nous permet de centraliser l'ensemble des données ESG au même endroit, ce qui facilite énormément le pilotage et le suivi et permet aussi de mieux exploiter nos données carbone L’agrégation des données est très efficace et évite la double saisie, ce qui fait gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien en couvrant l'ensemble des sujet ESG (Bilan Carbone, CSRD, VSME, Labellisation ... ) La plateforme est simple à prendre en main, avec une interface claire et agréable à utiliser, même pour des contributeurs non experts. La fonctionnalité de benchmark est un vrai plus pour se situer par rapport à d’autres entreprises et suivre ses progrès. L’outil est interopérable avec nos solutions existantes, ce qui le rend très complémentaire et encore plus performant. Enfin, l’équipe de customer success est très disponible, réactive et agréable, et la personnalisation des rapports est vraiment pratique selon nos besoins.

Cons

La solution pourrait proposer aux professionnel de pouvoir créer et intégrer leur propre référentiels de manière autonomes même si aujourd'hui l'équipe ZEI est très réactive sur ce sujet et intègre eux même selon nos besoins.

Expérience très positive. Les échanges sont fluides et \[caché sensible contenu\] est très disponible et à l'écoute. Un réel plaisir de travailler avec elle.

L'interface de Zei est très user friendly. J'apprécie également la diversité des questionnaires proposés et l'adaptabilité de ceux-ci à nos besoins. Les questionnaires sectoriels sont un vrai + avec les rapports associés

Cons

Ce qu’il manque, c’est l’espace auditeur (sur lequel Zei travaille déjà). On note également quelques petits défauts, notamment dans le remplissage d’une question et lors du retour en arrière, qui renvoie au début du questionnaire.

Nous pensons que le grand atout de ZEI c'est son accompagnement et l'écoute de nos interlocuteurs ZEI (big up à \[caché sensible contenu\]). L'outil en lui-même est pratique et nous permet de fiabiliser la donnée tout en impliquant les différents métiers (aspect primordial).

Cons

Pour le moment, le seul point c'est que la plateforme mouline un peu. Mais compte tenu de son contenu (les très lourds référentiels) c'est compréhensible.

Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié avec Zei, c’est la facilité d’utilisation de la plateforme. L’interface est intuitive, ce qui permet une prise en main rapide, même pour les utilisateurs non techniques.

Cons

L’un des aspects les moins satisfaisants concerne la gestion des justificatifs. Le processus de validation peut parfois sembler opaque, notamment lorsqu’un justificatif est rejeté sans explication claire.

Pros

The customer support is excellent — our coordinator responds quickly and is always available when needed. The implementation and data management are also greatly appreciated; whenever we need to add reports, KPIs, or other elements, the team does its best to deliver them efficiently.

Cons

There are some connectivity bugs, and since ZEI is still new, it requires some feedback to become easier to use and user friendly. However, I am confident it will develop into a great tool.

La plateforme est très agréable à utiliser et permet de centraliser toutes les données au même endroit. L'accessibilité à tous les référentiels reconnus ainsi que l'harmonisation entre les données pour compléter plusieurs standards est un plus!

Pros

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été positive. Je savais que cet outil n'était pas spécialisé dans la CSRD, je peux donc supporter ses inconvénients pour l'instant, en espérant qu'il y aura des améliorations pour la prochaine fois. Nous utiliserons peut-être même cet outil plus tard pour réaliser le bilan carbone.

Pros

Il est facile à utiliser et permet de visualiser un même indicateur dans différents référentiels. L'accompagnement a été très bon, avec des réponses rapides et opportunes.

Cons

Malheureusement, pour la CSRD en particulier, nous n'avons pas pu extraire la matrice de double matérialité car elle n'affiche pas directement les IRO dans le graphique, et les IRO n'étaient pas très bien représentés. Nous n'avons pas encore commencé le rapport final, mais je pense qu'au final, étant donné que nous avons acquis l'outil alors que nous étions déjà en retard dans la CSRD, et que je pensais charger les réponses à partir d'un fichier Excel à l'aide de l'IA, mais que je dois quand même vérifier plusieurs centaines de lignes, cela nous prendra moins de temps de le faire directement dans Word que de le charger sur la plateforme. À mon avis, il est conçu de manière très restrictive, je dois charger une réponse pour chaque point de données. Il serait préférable que l'outil lui-même établisse le lien entre la réponse et le point de données. Je travaillerai peut-être là-dessus pour l'année prochaine.

C'est un bonne expérience, les équipes Zei ayant à cœur de donner un maximum d'autonomie aux clients. IL nous reste encore des éléments à finaliser pour automatiser de bout en bout la collecte des données en relation avec la RSE pour produire tous les documents de pilotage et de synthèse qui nous sont nécessaire

Pros

La plateforme est très complète concernant l'accès aux différents référentiels RSE du marché. La proactivité des équipes Zei facilite l'intégration, la configuration et la personnalisation

Cons

La profusion des référentiels, nécessite une vison claire de l'objectif à atteindre en terme de rapports. Ce qui nécessite une configuration fine des données ententes et une vérification minutieuse de la diffusion des données horizontalement et un consolidation vertical cohérente avec l'organisation du groupe
