My experience with jahanVerse has been very positive. It was easy to get up and running, the team were very supportive and helpful and we were able to start making impact within days of switching it on.

Pros

Forecasting is very accurate. We've been able to do away with a number of spreadsheets into the simplified workflow on jahanVerse. I really like the level of forecast explainability, it gives us more confidence. Has also helped us manage our trade spend through significantly better Promo optimisation

Cons

The challenges we faced were mostly internal getting buying to leverage AI over the manual approaches we previously used. The jahan team was super helpful through this process to and brought a deep understanding to our organisation.

Very easy to use, was quick to get up and running, the support is great. High level of configurability to match my business needs.

User management can be limited. More options needed to customise groups.
