ServiceBridge has been a significant value for my company. In addition to keeping everything organized, it helps to present a more professional appearance to customers.

Pros

All of my customers and projects are easily searchable.

Cons

It is a bit more expensive than I would prefer and the cost continues to increase.

Overall - Its very useful for us & helpful for our Techs & this such as myself entering the Work Orders

The User Friendly in being able to articulate everything we need to in one location is great. IE: Pics

Cons

Sometimes finding the address to pull up can be challenging, would like its search to be a bit better (2 line addresses.

Kind of Fine. I already use it for over 4 years.

Pros

The Customer Service they offer. Everytime we have issues they do respond quick.

Cons

The way we need to do Clean Up on Invoices that Merge with Quickbooks.

This has been such a great tool, extremely easy to use and I can even teach our new staff users the mobile app within about 10 minutes for them to feel confident using it! It's very logical and organized, which makes our job in the office and in the field so much easier. It's not a struggle to use this system.

Pros

Very easy to use as an administrator and for different users. The organization, flow, reports, pictures, everything is very logical and easy to navigate and makes our job easier. It's not so 'busy' like other software that makes it a chore to do anything; this is very straightforward.

Cons

Only that our corporate office has moved us to a new software portal that is absolutely horrible. SB is a dream compared to what we are using now. Other new system is extremely tedious, and so want to give praise for the ease of use we had with SB and please do not change!

My experience with ServiceBridge has been great. No real problems to speak of.

Pros

ServiceBridge is very easy to use and the support team is great.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is if you have two customers with the same last name, you have to make one of them unique to put them both in the system.
