Making things accessible and easy-to-understand for everyone. That's a great company mission and they're clearly succeeding there. Pros The integration was seamless, simple, and reliable! Which I simply cannot say about the other very popular software out there (that starts with a 'q'). I also deeply appreciate that this was made by and for Canadians, especially, small business entrepreneurs. Cons Nothing really so far! The only thing on my wishlist would be that the access to Cloud Tax and the T2 filing was fully a part of ReInvest Wealth instead of separate to reduce the complexity there of having to work with two companies. Literally could not even do the most basic functions, like, connect to my business bank accounts. I was on service calls with them for MINIMUM 2 hours every week with issues QB could not solve. Cons Once I connected to Stripe, it seems to drive us to use Stripe instead of letting us operate within the platform and only do the card transactions on Stripe. The app is also super easy to use, which is always amazing. Cons There isn't a physical app to it yet, but that's not the biggest of deals. That'd be nice if there was small courses on how to take care of the finances 101. The only piece that needs improvement is the ability to pick up on the auto match. Pros I like the time savings that Reinvest Wealth provides me each month. It takes me less than 2 minutes to file sales taxes, so you get the idea :) Cons For small businesses or professionals who have just started making over 30k, the subscription fee might be on the higher side.
