The app is also super easy to use, which is always amazing. Cons There isn't a physical app to it yet, but that's not the biggest of deals. That'd be nice if there was small courses on how to take care of the finances 101. Cons Once I connected to Stripe, it seems to drive us to use Stripe instead of letting us operate within the platform and only do the card transactions on Stripe. The setup was straightforward and I was able to start using it almost immediately without having to learn a complicated system. What really makes it different is how much the AI helps automate things. Transactions are categorized automatically and the platform gives helpful insights without requiring a lot of manual work. For a small business owner, that saves a lot of time. Another feature I really like is that you can file HST returns directly within the app, which makes tax time much less stressful. Not having to jump between multiple tools or deal with complicated exports is a huge plus. Overall, the interface is clean, simple, and very intuitive. There’s almost no learning curve, which is rare for accounting software. It’s great for entrepreneurs or small business owners who want something powerful but easy to manage. The platform saves me a lot of time by simplifying invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Everything is centralized and accessible online, giving me a clear, real-time view of my finances from anywhere. It’s robust and reliable, with strong reporting capabilities and very few bugs or issues. On the rare occasion I needed help, customer support was responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s an efficient, well-organized solution that makes bookkeeping and tax filing significantly easier. Highly recommend for entrepreneurs looking for a dependable and professional accounting platform. The layout is clean, everything loads fast, and the reports are super clear. Customer support has also been great whenever I needed help. Cons When I try to add a transaction using my mobile, it does not allow input the negative sign (-) as only the numeric keyboard is presented, so I can't enter my expenses on my mobile. Account connections and transaction imports worked effortlessly, and most categories were accurate right away. The system also seems to be learning from my manual corrections, making the process even smoother over time. Pros ReInvestWealth is simple, direct, and to the point. After researching several cloud-based bookkeeping options and trialing three, this one came out on top. It doesn’t waste time with bloated, half-baked features—it’s bookkeeping software, and it does that well. While it offers invoicing, which may work for some, I already use a separate CRM for that. I wanted reliable bookkeeping at a fair price, and I found it here. Cons The categorization options are more limited than what I was used to, and there’s no ability to add custom categories. The existing options feel a bit broad, though they likely cover everything an accountant would need for tax prep. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do miss having more flexibility.
