Redo was created to enhance the post-purchase operations of ecommerce businesses. We provide everything you should be doing (returns, exchanges, order protection, order tracking, customer support), and connect all of them into a single platform. Our returns solution is free for merchants while still allowing merchants to provide a premiere post-purchase experience for their customers. We build out product hand-in-hand with our merchants to make sure our product remains built for merchants, by merchants, and addresses the main pain points they're working hard to resolve every day.

I get notified any time there is a ticket everything I need is in one place and it makes managing tickets between team members easy

Great experience - customer service is top tier and listen to our feedback and constantly updating new products that are helpful for many different areas of an e-commerce store.

Pros

It makes returns and exchanges easy for our customers. We know use it for customer emails and it integrates with many apps that we use!

Cons

Platform is still working out some kinks, but the Redo team is quick to respond and listen to feedback about what updates would be helpful to us merchants.

Our experience has been pretty good. We onboarded with them about 2 years ago. The support tool hasn't changed a whole lot but they keep coming out with new products and features. Everything they put out is pretty good and a fair price. Before our support manager didn't have many check in calls with us but it has gotten a lot better with monthly syncs.

Pros

I love the platform they have. I like that they give us a platform to manage the returns easily and a nice platform for the customers to submit a return.

Cons

I think the biggest downside is the setup. It is a little confusing figuring out how to set everything up. Our customer success manager had to help us a lot, but since it's a little confusing I have to reach out to support every time I need to update something. However, the good news is that you should just have to set it up one time. The other thing that I don't like a lot is that it's another cost for the consumer, since the returns is an add on that the customer pays for, that can sometimes hurt conversion. That being said they have a lot of things you can do to help mitigate that with A/B testing, and different placement options.

An absolute necessity for an e-commerce company. It takes the burden off internal teams and allows customers the visibility throughout the whole process. The cost benefit is unmatched. The team at Redo is so talented and continue to innovate and really listen to their customers as they continue to iterate and improve.

Pros

The ability for customers to self serve and seamlessly walk through the returns, exchange, or warranty process has taken the burden off my team and makes for a much smoother overall customer experience.

Cons

There are occasional bugs that they have to push thru on the back end, but that will happen with any tech platform and they are quick to respond.

Pros

Redo is an exceptional program that has saved me SOOOO much time and allowed me to focus on taking care of the customers in a efficient and user-friendly way. Redo has really streamlined our customer experience and saved me hundreds of hours a year that I was spending emailing back and forth with customers to process their exchanges and finding items they wanted as replacements and so forth and hunting down packages for exchanges to process to send out the new items. As our business was growing it was starting to become unmanageable by myself, but we didn't have the resources to bring on anyone else to help me. I can't emphasize how wonderful this program is for both myself and our customers. My work/life balance has increased, and our positive customer experience has increased exponentially. On top of how wonderful the program is, their staff is top notch. From our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], to the support staff, \[sensitive content hidden\], they are exceptional and have been a pleasure to work with. Unlike so many software programs, \[sensitive content hidden\] respond immediately and always have a solution or work around right away. I have yet to have a situation that wasn't resolved within hours and handled efficiently from start to finish. The whole Redo is a pleasure to work with and they helped me every day for however long it took till I understood the program and how to resolve any user error (me) situations. They also happily put up with my dumb jokes and witty personality. I have recommended Redo to several small businesses belonging to friends, and they also have nothing but positive things to say about their experiences.

Cons

I do not have any complaints at all. There are little things that can be expanded on but those things are already in development, and currently do not impact my experience nor the customer experience.

Pros

What we love most about Redo Returns & Exchanges is the amazing customer service. The team is always willing to help, open to feedback, and truly committed to improving our experience. The platform itself is super smooth and incredibly user-friendly—something that’s really important to us. It was also super easy to implement and integrate into our current system. The Redo team handled everything to make the process as seamless as possible. We’ve been with Redo since the very beginning of the program, and we use it on a daily basis. It’s become an essential part of our workflow, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s supported our needs!

Cons

Honestly, there’s nothing we dislike about Redo—which sounds funny to say, but it’s true! Anytime something comes up or we have a question, their customer service is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They’re always ready to jump in and make sure everything runs smoothly, so we’ve never had a negative experience to speak of.

TOP NOTCH, i cant recommend any other platform. we even switched our shipping management to redo because we love it so much. we are almost completely operating with their platform.

Pros

FREE! Customer has option to cover their package and return label for a very very small fee. We get some of that fee in the case the package does not make it to the customer. TOP NOTCH customer support, i mean i wish every company had their support. will answer within 20 minutes and if they cant find a solution then and there they will build it within their platform to ensure you are satisfied with their product.

Cons

I have nothing to put here. From the outside it seems like a start up tech company but their team is set up for success and so incredibly helpful.

As noted in the pros, they are fantastic in all areas. Just about everything that they offer, we are "subscribed" to it.

Pros

We use Redo for just about everything that they have to offer. Their "main" product, the return insurance, has been a great benefit for our sales. We also are in process of switching over to their far-better-than-Zendesk-at-a-substanially-better-price service platform. In addition, we utilize them for their "Conceierge" which is their AI Sales Bot on our websites. They are fantastic from their people to their services.

Cons

Redo is so fantastic that I cannot think of a single con for them. They are incredbily helpful.
