Overall, LogicalDOC is easy to use, secure, and integrates well with other tools. It improves document organization and teamwork, though search accuracy, small bugs, and limited support can be frustrating

Pros

LogicalDOC is simple to use and works on many platforms. It connects with Office and Google Drive, offers strong security, and makes searching fast with OCR. It also helps companies stay compliant with regulations.

Cons

LogicalDOC can be slow at times, and the OCR search is not always accurate. The interface has small bugs, and the documentation is limited. Support options feel weak, and it’s less suited for very small businesses.

It is a software that helps productivity supports various types of document formats, it can be integrated with various storage services.

Pros

We have been using LogicalDOC for 2 years now which has given me a complete perpective, I can say that it is excellent for document management I like that it allows us to store, edit and share various types of documents online. It supports on-premises and cloud-based platforms, and integrates with popular apps like Dropbox, Google Drive, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. You can also use its security authentication feature to protect your confidential documents from unauthorized access, they are very concerned and careful about the security aspect, Logicaldoc has been a great tool for our workgroups who need to collabrate on different documents in a synchronized manner and efficient.

Cons

It is a software with many tools, but it is not perfect, from my perspective there are some points that need to be improved, it is somewhat complex for people who do not have technical knowledge, for which they need training and an adaptation period, the installation is not as simple, it still requires technical knowledge, its interface needs to be more user friendly, there are other similar software that have a better UX than logicalDoc.

LogicalDOC offers commendable functionality, though direct filing of Acrobat pdfs and improved product documentation could enhance user experience. Minor user permission issues were overcome with research, while live phone support would be beneficial.

Pros

LogicalDOC is a user-friendly and cost-effective software with easy installation. It enables seamless organization of production files, even spanning years. The automation features, customizable interface, and efficient search make it an exceptional document management system.

Cons

Although LogicalDOC has room for improvement, such as direct filing of Acrobat pdfs and more robust product documentation, I appreciate its functionality. Despite minor hiccups in user permission management, I managed to understand and utilize it effectively after some research. While occasional bugs occur, having live phone support would be beneficial.

I enjoy working with LogicalDOC, it is convenient and fast.

Pros

LogicalDOC is an easy-to-use document management system with a simple interface that makes it easy to navigate and find documents. I appreciate its ability to be customized to meet the specific needs of my business, including adding custom metadata fields and creating document templates. I also like that it offers integrations with other software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive. The security features, including user permissions, encryption, and audit trails, give me peace of mind that my documents are protected. The collaboration features are also very useful, allowing my team to edit and comment on documents in real-time.

Cons

The mobile app has limited features compared to the desktop version, which can be frustrating for accessing documents on the go. Additionally, there is a bit of a learning curve when first getting started due to the many features and customization options. Finally, the pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or startups.

Overall, we had a good experience with LogicalDOC. It is a powerful document management system that provides all the features we need to store, manage and share documents. The search and sorting functions are great, and the document versioning feature is a real plus. The lack of customization options is the only drawback we found.

Pros

LogicalDOC is a powerful document management system that has been a great help to our team. We have been using it for a while now and have found it to be intuitive to use, with an easy to navigate UI and a host of features that make it easy to store, manage and share documents. The search and sorting functions are very useful and it makes it easy to find the documents we need. The document versioning feature is also great for tracking changes over time.

Cons

One downside of LogicalDOC is the lack of customization options. Often we find that the default settings do not quite fit our needs and there is no easy way to change them.
