The team approach has been exceptional. I was never pressured into the sale, and they patiently explained the software meeting me at my knowledge level. They were eager to assist in customization to have the features match our flow and process. I couldn't be more excited heading into the New Year knowing we are setting ourselves up for success with this QT9 INV.The team approach has been outstanding. I never felt pressured to make a sale, and they took the time to explain the software at my level of understanding. They were also enthusiastic about helping with customization to ensure the features aligned with our workflow and processes. I couldn't be more excited as we head into the New Year, knowing we are positioning ourselves for success with this solution.

Pros

This user-friendly platform effectively meets our small business needs in terms of scope, capabilities, integrations, and cost. The ongoing support that comes with the products, free of hidden fees, was another key selling point.

Cons

I am still waiting to identify a con. Possibly, one could say that the QMS module is separate from the Inv, but QT9 overcomes that with seamless integration of the two systems.
