Tech support does a fantastic job! They respond quickly, easily resolving issues. Set up was relatively simple and then really, Lets Camp did/does the rest. It's very user friendly. Very little maintenance required from me!

Pros

Very handy tool for our camp caretakers. They're immediately notified when someone has booked a site and all details are included so that if something was missed by the patron, the caretaker knows what steps to take when patron arrives.

Cons

I really don't have anything that I like least. I'm not very tech savvy however any difficulty I may have due to my inability is not a reflection of Lets Camp. Yeah, there's really nothing that I dislike!

Our overall experience with Let’s Camp has been excellent. As a busy campground with many moving parts, having a user-friendly system that we can rely on has made a huge difference. We especially appreciate the ability to track and compare performance from previous years—it helps us plan ahead and understand growth trends. It’s clear the platform was built with campgrounds in mind, and the team behind it continues to improve and support their users. I truly believe every campground could benefit from switching to Let’s Camp. It’s simple, smart, and scales with your needs.

Pros

Let’s Camp has been an absolute game-changer for us. We moved from a clunky manual spreadsheet to a streamlined, automated system that makes everything more efficient. I love the intuitive dashboard, the one-click check-in process, the automatic confirmation and edit emails, and the detailed payout reports. It's also a huge plus that the cost is covered by the customer, not us. And the autofill feature for returning guests—especially those who’ve stayed at other campgrounds using Let’s Camp—is incredibly convenient. It saves time and creates a smoother experience for everyone.

Cons

If I could add one thing, it would be the ability to create and manage more robust customer profiles. It would be great if the system could store credit card information securely, recognize repeat campers automatically, and let us build bookings right from a profile instead of having to re-enter their info or search by email every time.

We seriously considered Campspot, but a few things pushed us toward Let’s Camp instead. Campspot has a lot of features, but the setup felt overwhelming—it seemed like we’d need a lot of time just to get everything imported and organized. We also saw consistent feedback about glitches and slow loading, especially during peak booking times, which made us nervous. What really stood out about Let’s Camp was how intuitive and user-friendly it is, both for our team and for campers. The booking process is seamless, the system autofills returning guests’ info when they’ve camped through Let’s Camp before (even at other campgrounds), and the dashboard tools like check-in buttons and payout reports save us hours of admin work. The fact that it doesn’t cost us anything—fees go directly to the customer—is another huge plus. Campspot also lacked some flexibility in handling guest profiles and admin changes, while Let’s Camp makes it easy to view customer history and track seasonal growth with year-over-year data. In the end, Let’s Camp just felt more aligned with the real needs of a busy, small Canadian campground like ours.

I like the quick "dashboard" view to see what is happening. Visually it is excellent to review just a few weeks in advance or more if you want.

Pros

The ability to load up lots of photos and individual camp site photos and I don't have to monitor anything. Learning tutorial videos are very helpful also.

Cons

When looking for video or instructions the "search" bar section is often finicky about what I type. Other than that, no other complaints

Let’s Camp’s client services are prompt, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to deal with. We have been partners for a long time and could not think of working with anyone else.

Cannot think of anything. The system runs smooth and is very easy to train our new staff on as it is very user friendly.

We have been extremely happy with our selection. Three years ago we came up with a requirements list and evaluated several software offerings. Let’s Camp was the clear winner.

Pros

Simplicity, ease of use, yet fulfills our needs, knowledgable support. Our time spent on registering clients is drastically reduced due to self registration and access to prior registrations at other Let’s Camp sites.

Cons

Occassionally our wireless connection is lost requiring reentry. Other than that nothing comes to mind.

support and easy to navigate made the transition from recording reservations in a ledger to computer. we like that each site can have specific criteria for bookings.

Pros

easy to learn , the tutorials are very helpful, support system is tremedous and helpful. i like that the software allows reports to be exported into excel for easy downloading.

Cons

unsure on the fees, we were use to moneris to close out your daily transactions only when our gatehouse is open, and this system allows online bookings when our gate house is closed. makes it hard to know what each days revenue is .

Completely positive, each year new features are added that make the system better for our customers and on our management side more functionality as a response to direct requests.

Pros

The Software is incredibly easy to operate, we have staff from Teenager to Retiree and everyone finds it intuitive. Beyond that the Support Team from Let’s Camp responds quickly and has always assisted in the few instances we’ve needed help.

Cons

Really no complaints, the commitment from Let’s Camp team has always impressed us. The old adage of ‘If you don’t like our Service Tell Us, If you Do, Tell Someone else’ really hold true.

We love it and they are always adding to the platform and encourage you to send in ideas for future add ons. We had an issue with updating our info with Stripe this spring and \[sensitive content hidden\] was great to help figure out the issue and rectify it.

Pros

Its ease of use. We had a different platform and this is by far much user friendly. Most importantly its great to have a Canadian product. The video tutorials are so helpful as I'm a visual learner.

Cons

Can't call to talk to customer service if we need quick resolution to an issue. The customer support included is helpful but doesn't cover everything to the extent it could.

Overall it has made a vast improvement to our operations having this software allows us to avoid errors and to quickly see what is upcoming which helps us to plan supplies and staffing.

Pros

I find the software easy to use, an added bonus is the attentive customer service staff who are always very helpful!

Cons

Some customers who are less computer literate struggle, although I'm not sure that is the fault of the software.

My experience with the Let's Camp program has been great, I recommend this program to any campground wanting to utilize their sites as much as possible

Pros

user friendly!! both for the people using the program for their campground and the people booking sites on the program.

Cons

I am by trade a bookkeeper and I transfer alot of the data from Let's Camp into our accounting program, it doesn't always have the reports for bookkeeping that I would like.

Awesome! Easy to get set up, easy to use, great support. We have a small campground that can be very busy during the summer and Let's Camp takes the work load off of myself and I can feel confident that everyone has a great experience at our campground.

Pros

Let's Camp is very easy to navigate as a client, and I have had positive reviews from our guests that have used the site to book a campsite. Takes the load off of me and I never have to worry about a site being double booked. Having payment direct deposited into our account is great, and being able to easily produce reports is helpful.

Cons

I really cannot think of any problems/issues I have had with Let's Camp. The only thing would be that we should have hooked up with Let's Camp sooner!

When I was first introduced to this system, Mike and his team provided a comprehensive walkthrough and offered exceptional support. The booking system is user-friendly and offers a wide range of options, with additional features being introduced each year.

Pros

Let's Camp is a highly reliable system. The customer support team responds promptly and effectively addresses any questions. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly, allowing individuals with varying levels of technical experience to navigate it with ease.

Cons

I am unable to identify any negative aspects, as my experience has been entirely positive. The only thing i can say was switching over credit card companies but that was not on Lets Camp end it was on the cards company and Mike and his team assisted with that issue in a timely matter.

We have used them since 2021 and every year they get better at providing more to help us with our reservations.

Pros

It is affordable,reliable and Canadian.They have been good to work with.

Cons

I do not have anything bad to say about them.
