Once it's setup it just works. I have found myself only returning to the portal to make configuration changes and not to resolve any issues. Cons I really have no complaints. It integrates easily with with Microsoft Intune and uses SCEP to automatically enroll and deploy certificates to all our managed Window and MacOS devices, it is literally set it and forget it. From onboarding and setup, to administration. I have absolutely no complaints. Pros The best thing about SecureW2 is how easy it is to use and manage. Cons I have found no cons yet, other than it would be wonderful to implement more of the products, and if the price was lower. Pros The implementation was quick and seamless; It was something that would've taken my team hours upon hours to set up manually. Cons There were a few snags when we tried to license out alternative certificates, but since initial resolution, it has yet to pop back up. Implementation and deployment were a breeze, and it has yet to fail us. It made securing our local networks much easier than expected. Pros That it allowed us to easily implement WPA-Enterprise without the need for a physical RADIUS server. Cons The admin portal can be hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for. A rep helped us with initial deployment and since then there is little to no upkeep. Cons The reports need improvement. The ease of management and integration to Microsoft Intune and Cisco has allowed for a smooth delivery. Pros Seamless deployment and integration with Microsoft Intune and Cisco Meraki services. Cons None at this stage due to the service fulfils the business requirements of providing a Cloud PKI solution which integrates with out existing services. Now that it is installed and our devices have been using it we feel more secure. Pros Super easy to manage users and devices, plus it keeps network security strong without a ton of hassle - simple, powerful and gets the job done! Integrates well with Azure AD. Cons Implementation could go smoother, it also lacks some customization options I'd like to see get deployed in the future. Pros Their solution is incredibly easy to implement, and the setup process was smooth from start to finish. It's ability to seamlessly integrate with modern device management platforms has enabled us to transition off legacy, active directory bound systems onto modern cloud native platforms. Additionally, SecureW2's service has been second-to-none. Upon hitting roadblocks, or finding gaps in their offerings, SecureW2 have quickly been able to help us through and introduce capabilities to meet our needs. Cons There is room for improvement in the UX experience for the administrator. Terminology across the different products within the platform, and the overall UX is not modern which is contradictory to the offering they're providing. Review Source JB John B. Pros We are using it to secure BYOD laptops, and it works super smoothly. It integrates very easily with Entra id in 365, and allows us to require a certificate for all BYOD logins. It easily drops the user certificate onto the laptop, even if the user doesn't have admin permissions. It uses pure 365 CBA for login, securew2 is just there for enrolment and revoking the certificates, which it does very smoothly. Cons The only thing they could improve is the written support guides, but the support staff showed us everything we need to know. Review Source JE Jacob E. Its user friendly interface and reducing credential-based issues was the reason we chose them. Pros The ease of implementation. We were up and running in 1 day. Cons Nothing at the moment the process was seamless and we have certificate-based wifi going. Pros Ease of setup. Instructions were well documented, but also the technical support was top notch and guided us along through the process.
