NO COMPLAINTS! We have actually used them for other projects in our business. Great group.

Pros

The personal aspect of the customer support! No automated system, you actually get to speak to someone, and those issues are addressed immediately. This product has been a huge asset to our e-commerce businesses, and our multiple supporting warehouses. THANK YOU!

Cons

We have had a synce issue with real time counts on our spreadsheet. We still have to manually export the data for accuracy, but once it is manually exported, it is accurate.

The product is very easy to use and doesn’t need any special skills. It fits well into your work environment and can be customized to your needs. It works great with Google Sheets for easy data syncing to track assets. It also works well with Google Drive for quick file and document uploads. We can use it from anywhere with the mobile app. The desktop app and mobile app work well together, so no data is lost when switching between them.

### "Outside the Box Inventory Management"

I used the GearChain Inventory Management System to track attendance at a relatively simple conference. It met my needs without all of the (unnecessary) expensive bells and whistles that some of the other companies throw into their products.

Pros

GearChain's onboarding was great. They took the time to learn about my challenges and process so that the experience was what I needed to meet my requirements. They didn't want me to change my event to fit their product - they tailored their product to fit my event!

Cons

Most users would find this an excellent product to use for their small, static, inventory management. As an attendee tracking service, every fraction of a second counts and I would love if they could shave a bit of time off of the process so that more scans could be completed in a shorter amount of time.
