It met my needs without all of the (unnecessary) expensive bells and whistles that some of the other companies throw into their products. Pros GearChain's onboarding was great. They took the time to learn about my challenges and process so that the experience was what I needed to meet my requirements. They didn't want me to change my event to fit their product - they tailored their product to fit my event! Cons Most users would find this an excellent product to use for their small, static, inventory management. As an attendee tracking service, every fraction of a second counts and I would love if they could shave a bit of time off of the process so that more scans could be completed in a shorter amount of time.
