There seems to have been a drop in quality in both service, information, and response from the customer service team.

Pros

Surveys are still applicable but fewer in between. This has impacted the availability of information at disposal.

Cons

Fewer surveys and the customer service has dropped in quality and response time. This really doesn't meet the expectations I used to have for CleverX.

The studies are interesting, easy to do and the right amount of time

Cons

Sometimes is hard to react to email invitations right away and when finally there is a chance later at night, the survey closes

CleverX offers its clients direct interaction with industry experts to help accelerate growth and address critical corporate concerns. Its solution is differentiated by offering clients the ability to seek feedback from a population based survey, as well as garner real-time feedback from a diverse set of experts with specific domain knowledge.

Cons

Based on my experience working across various sectors of the "Growth Economy" it appears that clients would desire to gain a greater reliance on more specific direct real-time interaction with the unique experts across the CleverX network, as opposed to more survey data.
