Best investment we ever made, Pros Site was easy to understand and had the content we were looking for to ensure the residents were up to date and informed. Pricing was outstanding - we did go out to a software firm with our spec and it was way north of $100K for initial build. HOA sites around $2K and great! Cons You must follow the structure but once you understand it Not an issue. So it is a Con for a short period of time. Cons It would be a nice feature to have the website mail(USPS) letters to homeowners for an additional charge along with emailing.
