The product itself is smart and efficient, and, more importantly, the support we get from the team is excellent. Pros One of the best things about Flagright is the support we get from the team! \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely accessible and supportive, providing regular support during and after initial implementation. The team collects and responds to our feedback with a genuine interest in understanding our wants and use cases, which is so crucial when selecting a vendor. In terms of the product, the UI is intuitive and the ability to configure rules without relying on engineering support is a huge advantage. The product is designed in a way that allows users, regardless of experience or skill level, to navigate it with minimal training required. We are also able to monitor and test within Flagright itself, without requiring any sophisticated data or QA work to develop metrics outside the platform. The copilot feature saves significant time for agents on name-screening tasks that can become extremely tedious and time-consuming. Our organization does not have much use case for some of the linkage analysis features yet, but I can see this being extremely valuable in certain contexts and wish there had been a tool out there like this in previous roles. The Flagright team is very open to collaborate and has already begun scoping new AI features we are excited about. Overall, Flagright has been a significant improvement over our previous solution and really allowed us to better control and streamline our AML processes. Excited to see new features roll out!
