La adaptación de Darwin AI en nuestro equipo de ventas ha sido excelente. El proceso de integración con nuestro CRM fue sorprendentemente sencillo y rápido, lo que facilitó mucho la implementación. Además, la plataforma hace muy fácil dar feedback y optimizar el rendimiento, lo que nos ha permitido mejorar la calidad de los leads y reducir el esfuerzo humano en la gestión. En general, es una herramienta muy intuitiva y con un servicio al cliente siempre dispuesto a apoyar.

Pros

Darwin AI nos ha simplificado mucho el proceso de ventas, ayudándonos a obtener leads más calificados y a reducir considerablemente el esfuerzo humano en la gestión. La plataforma es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que hace que la curva de aprendizaje sea mínima. Además, el servicio al cliente es excelente: siempre están disponibles y dispuestos a resolver dudas o acompañarnos en cualquier necesidad.

Cons

Entrenar al bot tomó algo de tiempo al inicio, ya que tuvo que aprender de las interacciones reales con los clientes. Sin embargo, una vez superada esa etapa, el desempeño mejoró notablemente.

It has been a great project working together with Darwin to improve our sales and customer service. The setting up was easy and fast. The platform is in constant improvement both in the AI and the UX.

Pros

It's simplicity and customer service. Very fast, organized and precise team to set up and keep on improvement.

Cons

Nothing, i like every aspect of the platform and service. Nothing to add in this point sincerely.

lo que mas resalto es el laburo de \[contenido sensible oculto\]. Estan disponibles siempre y resuelven TODO. Estamos yendo de menor a mayor y todavia no tuvimos ningun problema que nos haya frenado.

Pros

Pongo 4 estrellas por que todavia hay mucho por hacer. Pero viene muy bien! Me gusta la rapida implmentacion y lo mas rescatable es el equipo que hay detras. \[contenido sensible oculto\], 2 solucionadores excelentes.

Cons

me gustaria un poco mas de ayuda a entender la plataforma para sacarle mayor provecho. Siendo un mundo nuevo para la empresa, estamos usando muy poco su poder.

Our experience working with Darwin AI has been amazing. It completely transformed the way we handle customer service, faster responses, better organization, and way fewer missed messages. It feels like we leveled up our entire communication process. It’s reliable and easy to use. I’d totally recommend it to any business that wants to stay on top of things and leave a great impression on their clients.

Pros

We loved how fast and accurate it is. It replies instantly with clear, professional messages, which saves us a ton of time and keeps customers happy. No more clients waiting hours for a reply. It’s super easy to use, adapts perfectly to our workflow, and feels like having the perfect assistant working 24/7 without making mistakes. Total game-changer!

Cons

There’s not much to dislike. Sometimes, Darwin AI is too fast, meaning it replies instantly, and our team has to keep up! But in all seriousness, it's more about adjusting our workflow to match its efficiency. It’s a good problem to have, really.

Su atención y apoyo que me brindaron en todo el proceso de implementación de voicebot

En general no creo que hayan temas que no me hayan gustado de pronto la diferencia horaria pero es algo que se supo manejar de la mejor manera

Excellent! It has given a turnaround to our immediate attention to incoming and qualified leads.

Pros

The constant support I get from the account manager, the reports of thr incoming leads, the continous improvements or new modules within the plataform.

Cons

Not being able to integrate to Google Ads to see where the lead comes from on a deeper level.

En general es buena, es la primera vez que trabajamos con dicha herramienta y los mensajes a corregir en su mayoría son rápidos. Estaría genial que cuando el cliente consulte algo que Darwin no tiene anotado, que no alucine y siempre derive al humano para mejores detalles.

Pros

La interacción del cliente, tratar de entenderlo y poder brindar una respuesta.

Cons

Lo complicado cuando el cliente responde rápido y Darwin aun esta procesando la consulta anterior, pero lamentablemente gana la ansiedad del cliente.
