I have been in property management for almost 5 years and even seeing them at the events like the trade show they are all so bubbly and welcoming. ParkM is such a good tool and selling point that our residents feel there is no hassle with not having to wait for the leasing office to be open.

Pros

The conveniency for both residents and the management team. The support email is always so responsive and fast!

Cons

The towing laws in CO has nothing to do with ParkM

Pros

not having to manage my guest parking and having residents not need a physical parking pass

Cons

older residents dont always understand how to do it so we have to help them everytime. it would be better if there was an actual app instead of navigating through the website which isn't always ideal on your phone - better communication with tow companies who are towing offenders

Overall I would give Park M 5 stars. Its nice to have a 3rd party company keeping an eye on things when we cant.

Pros

They are a safe and effective way to keep my properties parking lot neat. They are reliable and keep in touch.

Cons

That the law changed with towing nothing with park M.

It has been very positive. Everyone I have dealt with has been attentive and professional at all times.

Pros

They are great to work with and very responsive if we have any issues at all. They keep great records of resident contacts that helps us avoid any negative reactions with our residents.

I can't think of anything I don't like. They keep us in the loop and are very responsive if we need anything.

Overall my experience with ParkM and specifically, Molly, has been amazing. I have worked with her at several properties and she is always professional, gives in-depth info and is so easy to work with

The platform is super easy to use, its a no-fuss way to monitor parking that makes property management easier

10 out of 10 - ParkM is always fast to respond with any help I may need. If I need a particular report more detailed, they find a way to do it and get it to me quickly. I appreciate all of their hard work

Pros

I love the Customer Service Quality the most about ParkM - they are super fast to answer any questions you might have or look up permits you might be missing.

Cons

I wish each vehicle HAD to be associated with a Unit number - I would like that to be a requirement when they are registering their vehicle to park on site
