“Vello has been a fantastic addition to our practice. The setup was quick and simple, and it’s incredibly user-friendly—for both our team and our clients. We've seen a noticeable improvement in client compliance, especially with appointment confirmations. Clients love the ease of confirming with just a click, and our staff appreciates being able to track responses in real time. It’s made our daily workflow more efficient and has reduced no-shows.

Pros

“I really appreciate how easy Vello is to set up—it's incredibly user-friendly. We've seen excellent client compliance, which makes a big difference in our day-to-day flow. I especially like that clients can confirm their appointments directly, and our team can easily see which appointments are confirmed. It’s been a simple yet impactful tool for improving communication and reducing no-shows.”

Cons

One suggestion for improvement: Once a client brings in a requested fecal sample, it would be great if the reminder could be automatically removed or marked as complete. This would help avoid unnecessary follow-ups and keep reminders more accurate and current.

Pros

Ease of use. Little to no learning curve or implementation. Support is above and beyond expectations.

Cons

Little to nothing. Any areas of concerns are addressed and solved in a very timely manner.
