We had hoped the platform would replace an agency and automate our PPC campaigns with minimal input, but instead our ACOS worsened and we were told after the fact that manual campaign management would still be required. As a small seller, this was neither cost-effective nor practical. After removing our stores and revoking access, Xnurta still insisted on charging another $500 for a month of service we could not use, pointing to contract terms rather than showing flexibility or customer focus. While I can see how larger brands might benefit from their Amazon Marketing Cloud tools, in our case the experience was disappointing and not supportive of smaller advertisers. Pros The appeal of automating our PPC campaigns. They have won several awards from Amazon for their platform. Cons Inflexible customer service. When it became apparent that this is not a good fit they would not let us out of trial period one month early. Pros It's an all-around great tool. I've been impressed with the sponsored ads and DSP management, as well as the AI they've incorporated into building and managing campaigns. Cons Custom reporting is not their strong suit. They have made updates, but it's honestly still kind of "clunky" in terms of the user experience. They have done a lot of work on it recently, so it's improving. It would be great if you could also customize the executive dashboard. It gives you a level of control and insight that’s hard to match, especially on the AMC side. Pros Xnurta is a strong platform for managing both Sponsored Ads, DSP and AMC. The AMC audience builder is especially powerful and has opened up targeting options we wouldn’t be able to execute otherwise. DSP management is also one of the best I’ve seen, more flexible and customizable than Amazon’s native interface. The team is another big plus: they’re proactive, open to feedback, and quick to act. They stay on top of Amazon updates and are usually among the first to integrate new features or betas, which keeps us ahead of the curve. Data loading is fast, even when working across multiple accounts or large sets. Features like rule-based optimizations, keyword harvesting, and day-parting have made it easier to scale efficiently across multiple brands. AI features like smart campaign creation and AI-managed campaigns are a huge help and extraordinarily powerful. Cons There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you’re managing multiple marketplaces.
