Pros

Foundation is quickly proving to be a game changer is getting in from of our customers. Once it becomes a habit for our customers to click our website they are more loyal, more likely to come back, and love the ease of use.

Cons

Challenges with adding products. This has gotten better and better and will just continue to take time and improvement. The team is great with assisting.

Foundation has been very responsive about dealing with any issues or shortcomings I have seen in the software. They're obviously passionate about making the software the best it can be.

Pros

Foundation has the features that were most important to us while we were looking for a B2B platform and they are constantly improving the product. Things like price lists that specify a pricing strategy and being able to assign those price lists to certain customers make the product flexible enough to use it how WE need it to work instead of adjusting our business strategy to match the platform.

Cons

Although they are constantly improving the product based on customer feedback, it is fairly new so there are some features missing or that feel incomplete.

We needed something simple to use with flexible pricing models, invoicing, customer management and inventory catalog met our needs better than other software we saw out there. As a small business, we couldn't pay for the enterprise level options so Foundation was perfect.
