It’s my go to for finding courier’s outside of my local area. Works most of the time. Easy to use. Customer service is top notch.

Pros

Except for one particular driver in Atlanta one time. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with dispatch. Works all over the place. If I schedule well in advance I always get a driver for my routes. Usually I only have to seek other modes when I’m in a big rush and try to schedule last minute stuff.

Cons

Sometimes for those rush rush jobs I feel like I don’t really know if I’m going to be able to get a driver. I understand some days and some places will be difficult to find drivers. But I wish there some sort of way to know that you will in fact get a driver.

The experice lately has been bad. When there's an issue with a delivery there's no customer service. No way to get in touch with a person to help.

Pros

I used to love using Dispatch. The portal for setting up service is easy to use and being able to track the driver is helpful. However lately service has been not so good.

Cons

The last driver I had was absolutely terrible. I set up a dedicated truck to be delivered asap. The driver was late and went to several stops in between. He lied and caused many problems for the client.

Excellent communication, professional drivers, on-time pickups and deliveries, and a very easy-to-use platform. There is very little to dislike. Occasionally, availability can be limited during peak demand periods, but the team does a great job finding solutions and keeping us informed throughout the process.

Overall, our experience with Dispatch has been positive. It’s a convenient and scalable solution for managing deliveries, especially when volume fluctuates. While there are some reliability hiccups from time to time, the ease of use and flexibility make it a valuable service for our operations.

Pros

Dispatch makes it very easy to schedule and track deliveries. The platform is user-friendly, and having real-time visibility into driver status is a big plus. When everything goes smoothly, it’s a very efficient way to handle deliveries without needing in-house drivers.

Cons

There can be occasional inconsistencies with driver quality and timing. Some deliveries run later than expected, and communication can vary depending on the driver. More consistency across the board would make a big difference.

Overall, its positive. When the issues arise, Dispatch is quick to fix it. I've never had an issue go unresolved, and couldn't see myself using anyone else for my dispatch needs!

Pros

The service is unmatched. When i need something to get to a jobsite in a hurry, I log in, place my order, and it gets done that day. When i run into an issue, they resolve it with haste.

Cons

Sometimes, it takes a while for an order to get picked up. Sometimes, the drivers don't want to unload 20 items by hand.

My overall experience with dispatch has been poor, not because of the platform, but it's implimentation, and customer service. I find our needs are frequently ignored until they become major issues and by that point we have lost thousands of dollars, incurred additional expenses and wasted man hours. Why does the system need to completly fail before basic requests like POD photos are enforced? Why are Misc charges so loose? Why is there no geofencing? Why do I frequently feel like I am the business and Dispatchit is the customer.

Pros

The API seems intuitive and easily accessible. The webhook geatures are interesting and potentially useful. Was impressed with the OAuth framework.

Cons

1.) Reporting - Little to no reporting, no support for ad hoc reporting outside of API 2.) Dashboard - poorly constructed, cannot filter by any criteria to drill down 3.) Communication - Poor, notifications for cancellations or driver issues at drop off severely delayed oftentimes takes hours for someone to reach out 4.) Responsiveness - Drivers frequently misuse misc charges, there are cases in which misc charges were 3-4x the cost of the trip which should never be possible. In industries where misc charges can be applied it is standard that this does not occurr. Additionally, reports regarding driver performance ar ignored or not acted on. Commitment to the customer- Would tate this very low. Frequently get the impression that our concerns are ignored (no drop off photos, driver damage, drivers misusing misc charges, return trips set with no authorization) App security and process integrity - Extremly poor, one of the worst I have seen, drivers can manually update status, no geofencing capability, no customer review for misc charges, POD not enforced, items lost by driver become our loss.

overall reliable source for semi rush courier jobs, friendly drivers, drivers always answer the phones

Pros

easy tracking, easy payment methods, decent prices, good coverage all over the US, drivers follow instructions.

Cons

customer service not the greatest due to getting sent to voicemail a lot of the time, occasionally a driver 2 hours away can accept jobs that are extremely time sensitive, uber can have way cheaper prices
