Adzviser delivers the same essential functionality at a much better price point, with far superior customer support. The added bonus of a ChatGPT connector allows for seamless data analysis in a way that enhances workflow efficiency. While it’s still growing, the speed of improvements and commitment to fixing issues make it a highly promising tool for digital marketing data reporting. Pros Adzviser has been a fantastic tool for gathering digital marketing data for our reports. Their customer support stands out as one of the biggest advantages—quick to respond, always improving the product, and genuinely helpful. Compared to Supermetrics, where support was often lackluster, Adzviser has been a refreshing change. Pricing is another major win. With Adzviser, the Looker and Google Sheets connectors are included in the price, which is significantly lower than Supermetrics. The cost structure is much more reasonable, especially when considering our Supermetrics’ legacy plan required costly add-ons, such as paying several hundred dollars just to access an extra connector like TikTok. Cons Only con is its an up and comer, so there are occasional bugs or slow loading reports. But it's no more frequent than what we experienced with Supermetrics, and things get fixed way faster. Switched from [Supermetrics](https://www.capterra.com/p/162846/Supermetrics/) We switched from Supermetrics primarily due to its high costs and lackluster customer support. While it provided the essential data connectors we needed, the pricing structure was frustrating—paying thousands per year for a plan, only to be hit with steep add-on fees just to access an extra connector like TikTok. On top of that, support was slow and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner. Adzviser, on the other hand, offered a much more affordable solution with Looker and Google Sheets connectors included, plus a support team that’s actually responsive and proactive about improving the product. As a young company, it's improving in documentation, but I highly recommend it with a 10 out of 10. Pros I appreciate Adzviser's per-client workspace setup, which simplifies organizing data sources compared to setting them up via channels. I highly value the daily data refresh, which saves time and lets me focus on analyzing data for better client outcomes. The customer support is excellent and responsive, addressing my issues swiftly. Cons I encountered some issues with specific use cases, which required back and forth with the support team. Although the issues were resolved within three to four days, the process needed their assistance. As they grow I'm sure a lot of use cases causing errors now get smoothed out so I have confidence in the platform in the future. Windsor just didn't work as well for me out the box and the support docs on the website I didn't find useful. It did seem like a good tool and I'd likely check it out again if I had to. Support has been quick to respond when I've had questions. For a solo ecom operator plus agency owner juggling multiple accounts, it's become one of the tools I'd struggle to give up. I run a Shopify store and a marketing agency, and being able to pull live data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo directly into Claude has replaced hours of weekly dashboard hopping. Pros ​I've been using Adzviser to automatically sync my marketing data, and it's been a real time-saver. Instead of manually transferring data between platforms, Adzviser handles it seamlessly, ensuring I always have the latest information.​ I love the ability to sync data from multiple sources into a single spreadsheet. I can import my marketing / ad data directly into Google Sheets. This integration simplifies data analysis on a daily basis without my having to copy and paste reports. I also started to use Looker report templates which created great looking reports for clients. All this for a very low, affordable fee. Cons There's no price tier between sync'ing 3 data sources and 10. He is very personable and I think he's built a great software product. The fees are reasonable, especially when you count how many hours we save by using Adzviser instead of doing that work manually. Pros Adzviser eliminates hours of tediously exporting data from ad accounts and importing it into ChatGPT manually. That's all automatic now with the realtime connection to the ad accounts! I really like that there are connectors to all the major ad platforms, so it's a comprehensive tool that meets my agency's needs. Cons My only complaint about Adzviser is that I sometimes have to confirm which ad account I want to pull the data from.
