We loved using VenueSumo. It made running our zoo events so much easier. The system is clean, the pricing is fair, and their team goes above and beyond to support you. Compared to other platforms we’ve tried, VenueSumo was a breath of fresh air. Total game changer.

Pros

The ease of setup and how simple the system is to use. But honestly, the best part is the team — they care SO much. We’ve used other systems before, and they nickel-and-dime you for everything. VenueSumo gives you everything you need at a fair price, no hidden costs, no headaches. They’re incredible.

Cons

Honestly, we really didn’t run into any major issues with VenueSumo. Compared to other systems we’ve used in the past, this one was a huge improvement across the board. If I had to come up with something, I’d say no system is ever 100% perfect — there’s always small tweaks or features you might want to see down the road. But the truth is, any time we had a suggestion or question, their team was already on it. Their support alone makes it hard to find a real “con” worth mentioning.

Roller is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my 30 year career, ever. Every time I ask about a feature, it's not included, everything is an upsell.

Outstanding, the team are top notch! The local team are easily contactable at all hours by phone or email and will quickly resolve an issues.

Pros

What really sets VenueSumo apart is the attention to detail and the level of support. The customer support has been outstanding every time we had a question or needed assistance, the team responded quickly and with genuine care. It’s clear they’re passionate about creating a seamless experience for both venues.

Cons

Nothing, the team are super helpful, any issues we have are dealt with quickly and the team lets us know the best option

### "Bike Skills Review of the VenueSumo Venue Management Software"

Our bike park is quite unique in that on top of offering entertainment services for children we also provide lessons. This made all other booking software we used quite tricky, all excelling in one bit either non existent or very poor in the other service. However from day 1 VenueSumo has been listening to our needs and working closely with us to see how to adapt their system to suit our needs. Any have they delivered! The support team has been incredible, replying to emails and phone calls at any time. Our biggest hurdle of limiting lessons bookings to a different number based of daily capacity was overcome in no time. VenueSumo has been very adaptable and the communication top notch. We couldn’t be any happier as are our clients who find it so much easier to book a session online. Since using this software, the number of phone calls relating to booking issues has drastically reduced, and we couldn’t be any happier. Thank you VenueSumo

Pros

We liked how adaptable they’ve been to suit our needs.

Cons

Nothing in general. Just the change like any change brings different challenges and new training for all the staff but the benefits made it all worth.

Overall everything has been great. First year with the system and it ran good and looking forward to another season with this system. The developers have taken our suggestions and are working on getting them implemented.

Pros

The ease of use. It is very easy to learn and teach employees. I also love how the developers take our suggestions and actually make them happen.

Cons

Reporting. Would like to see more specific reports for products and sales. Product entry. Discounts.

we have had an extremely good experience. The Venue Sumo team assist with transition from another platform which entailed porting across customer data and establishing our products. We have nothing but compliments for the team and experience.

Pros

Vene Sumo is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate. The support we have received has been excellent. The integration process with merchants' solutions both card present and ecommerce has been very good.

Cons

Nothing specific. The Venue Sumo team continue to work with us to develop what we need in a timely manner.

Reason for choosing VenueSumo

Local support, value for money and ease of transition.

Since changing to VenuSumo we haven't looked back. Our business operations have been streamlined, we are now operating with much more efficient business function and our day to day operations have been made so much easier to manage. We can't speak highly enough of the support team behind VenueSumo and the product itself across all areas of our business. It's a huge plus for us, thanks to all the team

Pros

VenueSumo has provided our business with the freedom and flexibility to tailor our business management software and customise it to suite our needs. We are no longer limited by functionality and our business is now experiencing vastly improved efficiency across all operational areas. Areas of improvement include point of sale, reporting, event management, ticketing and customer management and a lot more. I would highly recommend this software

We really haven't experienced any negative points to date. Service provide has meant we've been able to continually migrate VenueSumo and tailor it to suit our venue perfectly

The Sumo team are very responsive, receptive to feedback and are there to help with finding the right solution to your problems.

Pros

Venue Sumo intergrating both point of sale and our birthday party bookings (Group bookings).

Cons

The learning curve on a new system. This comes with all new systems and not necessarily a venuesumo issue.
