Pros

Quest is always nice, great and easy to go to for blood work and receive results fast.

Cons

I don’t like that the employer or someone from the location does not call once the results are back you just get a random email

Pros

Quest lets you gamify your product without getting into the weeds about game theory, complex mechanics etc. You just set it up, integrate and it's done.

Cons

They're still rolling out new features that I already want, but to be fair they're a startup and their team is super receptive to feature requests, so it's not a big deal.

Pros

Awesome experience, great software, helped us a lot in onboarding and rewarding users without writing a single line of code. Looking forward to integrate more components from Quest labs in the future.

Cons

Quest offers a good selection of pre-built components, but I wish it was possible to create custom components and use Quest libraries for runtime rendering. This would allow us to replace some of our proprietary components with those from Quest.

We're scaling our product's GTM and moving into more PLG -> quest has been instrumental in making that happen with their customizable onboarding and UI components+ SDK.
