Pros

Super easy, user friendly platform. Staff always happy to assist and jump on a call with you to explain anything further. Loads of great features and easy to generate reports etc

Cons

Absolutely no complaints from us at the moment, we're currently happy with everything and will continue to use swap.

I have always have a very good experience with Swap.

Pros

All the staff at Swap are extremely friendly and super helpful. Issues are dealt with very quickly and they always find a resolution to our issues.

Cons

There is not anything I do not like about Swap, whenever we have a problem, they are always there to help.

It was easy, onboarding and set-up was super smooth. They assisted with UAT, help with integrations and got us live really quickly. Since then it's required very little maintenance, only adding things as it updates.

Pros

The team! Everyone I've talked to at Swap has been incredibly helpful and insightful. They're always happy to hop on a call to resolve issues, always keeping you up to date with updates and changes. Being a UK based company you almost always get a reply same day with solutions to any issues.

Cons

Some of the return settings are not as in-depth as competitors. However they're happy to help with providing workarounds where necessary. This is a very tiny issue and I don't think I can think of any examples that haven't been resolved.

Overall very good, regular catch ups, I did have to ask for a lot of help to get us started but we got there and the technical support person was very knowledgeable.

Pros

A very versatile and configurable online platform for processing returns.

Cons

As usual when configuring a new platform we had issues but the technical team came to the rescue. Pulling information from the API works really well and feeds into our downstream processes and reporting using Azure ADF - the website documentation was useful in setting this up. I needed to build a process to capture the date the return status changed (i.e. pre-transit, in-transit) on a daily basis for our reporting and it was worth knowing to generally use the order number in the product section of the JSON for reporting purposes but these were minor things.

We've had a great experience with Swap so far. Everything has been easy to integrate and set up and we've gained valuable insights into our customers' shopping and returns behaviour through their analytics and reporting capabilities.

Pros

Swap has simplified our global sales offering and returns so much. Their services are easy to set up, easy to use (for both staff and customers) and their customer service is fantastic.

Cons

We've had some trouble getting Track to work alongside one of our carriers, but I don't think this is due to an issue with Swap's systems.

Cons

The ability to be able to auto refund when someone returns an exchange - that would be a game changer as no one else in this field can do it yet!

Pros

Swap is an incredibly easy platform to use and has made our returns process more efficient across all teams. It’s streamlined everything - from warehouse operations to how we track and analyse returns data.

Cons

Sometimes the app can glitch, but it’s never anything major and doesn’t take away from how useful it is overall.

Since partnering with them in May 2023, our experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their team has consistently gone above and beyond to support us, making every stage of our returns process more efficient and hassle-free. They are always readily available to offer guidance whenever we need assistance with the portal, and their responsiveness and expertise are truly appreciated. Overall, the platform and service they provide are outstanding — a seamless, reliable solution that has become an integral part of our operations.

Pros

The options are endless, as a platform there are so many ways to use SWAP for your business. We use SWAP for returns,exchanges and also our ReWear platform which is where our customers send in 2nd hand items for us to resell and they are awarded points on site.

Cons

There isn't anything that we can complain about with SWAP.

Our customers continue to express how easy our returns portal is to work and therefore how easy the items are to return, I can not fault it.

Pros

The ease of the portal, tracking is included on the page and every part of the returns tracking is broken down for you and so easy to see/follow. Also prompts you if something needs processing manually which helps ensure things aren't missed

Nothing, I think it is a great service/platform

Pros

Swap enabled us to improve our Returns Management system which in return, made returns for our customers far easier and more streamlined. We have had great feedback since using Swap on this front. The reporting functions on the Swap dashboard have also made understanding our customers return habits and reasoning easier to understand and report to the wider business on as well. The team are extremely helpful and responsive when there has been queries. They are friendly and approachable, and made set up really straight forward and easy to understand. We have just implemented Swap Package Protection too, again something that was easy to set up with support from the Swap team and we are looking forward to reviewing feedback and this system in the weeks to come.

Cons

None so far! Whilst we have only been with Swap a short time, I feel that if there was any issues or things that we didn't like, they would be willing and able to address this.

\- User Friendly - Statistics are helpful when looking at return reasons. Easy to export.

Cons

\- Unable to restock selected items from the return. Either have to restock all items or no items and then manually adjust stock through Shopify.
