Easy to work with 1 stop shop and reasonably priced. Pros Ideal traits are a one stop easy to use stop that helps me find the best qualified candidates for my agency. They make it easy and do it all from posting the job ads, managing candidates and profile testing. within a day of my ideal traits job postings, I had over 125 candidates and resumes in my in box. from there I was easily able to assess for the best candidates to interview based on their personality assessments. Cons Not really a negative but I got so many resumes the first day I had to turn them off, so I had time to assess.
