Pros

Very competitive pricing and amazing customer support. They're all very quick and responsive, the team even set me up with a 1000 extra credits to get started off

Cons

Nothing so far, only con would've been that you don't have access to workflows just yet but I've been told they are adding that very soon, so I'm looking forward to it

Pros

Cons

So far I have no complaints. The customer service dept was very helpful and they followed up several times.

Extremely good, the customer support was great and the company sets up a meeting with you to debrief you how to use Textla to the fullest. It's also faster to get your number approved then competitors and can send images unlike some competitors

Pros

It's so much cheaper than competitors to use the service and is a easier to use service with more comprehensive options of what to send

Cons

The fact that you have to wait a while to be approved for a number which can't be helped but sucks as we wanted to use the service immediately

Super flawless system. Very user friendly, and easy to get started with running sms campaigns. My customers love the sms updates, and so do I.

Pros

Highly recommend textla! \[sensitive content hidden\] was an awesome representative and helped me launch my first campaign. My customers love the sms updates. 10/10!

Cons

The hardest part for me was figuring out how to effectively use a shortened web link without it throwing an error. Loved the Bitly recommendation from \[sensitive content hidden\].

Textla has been super easy to work with. Their customer service made set up super easy. They also offered the best value for the service I was looking for.

Pros

Textla is a great value and they offer a free trail. It was super easy to set up and use and the customer support is excellent.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Textla. I'm excited to switch to the service after our old service was no longer meeting our needs.

Pros

The user interface is very simple and easy to understand and use. I like that it has all the feature we need and in a very intuitive design style.

Cons

The character limit on the segments is a bit low, and doesnt include emojis. Thats a bit of bummer, but youre still able to get your marketing done at an affordable price.

Anyone looking for the most cost effective, user friendly, and transparent option for SMS then this is the one. Support is very responsive and the features span more than expected.

Cons

Nothing really so far. The contact csv import process was a little tricky at first, so make sure your tables are formatted exactly like their examples.

Textla is affordable and easy to use. The website is very simple, and their customer service is always available to help.

Cons

I have not had much of a negative experience -- I do think it would be simpler if you could pay as you go instead of purchasing credits before each campaign.

Pros

It was very easy to set up, easy to use the platform and has very useful features that makes sense when you text groups of people.

Cons

So far, I have not found any cons with this platform.

I like that I can easily integrate it with other software to send automated text messages to my customers without even lifting a finger and I can easily inform all of my customers with just one text once we begin our sales season and if we hold any discounts.

Cons

I don't totally understand the credits system, but to be fair, I haven't really made much effort to try to understand it.

Amazing experience. There is so much spam out there that it is difficult to reach those who legitimately need a particular product or service. I love when clients thank me each time I send them a text.

Pros

That it took so long for me to find them.

Tremendous. Can't give it a higher praise

Pros

The integrations are fantastic-- I use zapier frequently for automation and it is tremendous. The pricing is so far under everyone else, but the product is better. How? I don't get it.

Cons

They are shipping new powerful features rapidly and sometimes it's hard to keep up with working them into my daily flow.

Easy to Import Lists: Textla.com makes it incredibly simple to import your contact lists. The process is straightforward and hassle-free, saving you time and effort. Simple to Use: The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Even if you’re not tech-savvy, you can quickly get the hang of it and start sending messages without any issues. Great Price per Text: The pricing structure is very competitive, offering great value for money. You get excellent service at a reasonable cost, which is a big plus for small businesses and startups.

Cons

Automatic Unsubscribe on "Stop": If a customer replies with just the word "Stop", they are automatically unsubscribed from the list. While this is a standard practice, it would be beneficial if there were a confirmation step. Non-automatic Unsubscribe with Additional Text: If a customer replies with "Stop" followed by any other text, they are not automatically unsubscribed. This can lead to confusion and requires manual intervention to ensure compliance with opt-out requests.

It has been super easy to use and such a benefit to us to find a texting service that has flexible pricing and good delivery. We never have delivery issues and have slashed our texting costs.

Pros

I appreciate Textla most for its flexible payment system that allows me to pay only for the number of texts I need each month. This flexibility helps manage costs effectively, especially given the varying needs of our community from month to month.

Cons

I would love to be able to sort texts in the campaigns tab and filter and organize better.

This is a very interesting world for me to wait into, and it feels really good to have a partner at my side who will help me not only in theory, but in process and technology to make sure that I'm doing it right and making sure that I follow the rules of texting and have the best possible reception and conversion. It's really helpful to have a teammate like textla.

Pros

The product of Texta is amazing but the customer service is out of this world. I can send an email or even text them and one of the guys will call me and will personally work through it because they wanna know if there's an issue so they can fix it immediately. I love that kind of attention and authentic care about their product.

Cons

Not too many times actually if anything always just like with every start up, you always want more features faster, but I am very happy with textla and they have made the roadmap very clear and secured expectations so that really helps

Reason for choosing Textla

And look at doing a direct integration with Julio, but I just did not have to know how to college and the user interface a textla solve that problem for me and I'm so excited about it

Excellent! Customer Service is Excellent, the program is excellent, and I can't say enough good things about Textla. My sales have increased because I use this program to keep my customers updated on information. I can send out 1 message through Textla or bulk messages, either way, it saves time and money especially when I can schedule SMS messages to go out in advance, and never think about it again.

Pros

Scheduling mass SMS messages to go out on certain days and times of the day. Set it up and forget about it, because Textla will send that message out for you. Then customers can respond to you. If you schedule a message to go out at a certain time and you realize you made a mistake, no worries, go back into the program, make the necessary adjustments, and reschedule the SMS message to go out as planned.

Cons

hmmm, I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this program.

\[sensitive content hidden\] at TextLa was hyper responsive to all my questions and concerns. Over the last 18 months he has even introduced some of the improvements that I recommended. He is great to work with.

Pros

Because TextLa is very cost effective it allowed a small credit union to use texting SMS on a daily basis.

Cons

There are no SMS templates, so we need to create SMS each time.

Reason for choosing Textla

TextLa offered a basic, low-cost option for the low amount of SMS we send/receive.
