Pros Feedspace is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface. I was able to collect and display testimonials quickly without any learning curve. Cons So far, I haven’t found anything major to complain about — maybe just a few small improvements could be made to the design customization options and more language. My clients also find it easy to respond,which has helped me increase enegement,payment and billing are transparent, and I haven't faced any major bugs or issues.Overall,It's been a realiable solution that feels worth the investment. Pros I really liked how easy it was to setup feedspace and start collection reviews. the Interface is clean and starightforward, and I didn't need much guidance to get going. Their customer support has also been very responsive whenever I has questions. Compared to other tools I have used before.Feedspace actually feels more fulfiling and covers most of my requirements so far. Cons I wouldn't call it a major issue,but I wish there were more customization options for the survey design and widgets.The current features work fine,though.
